Flying Fish Roe Dohl Soht. Look past the bare bones decor & come hungry for solid Korean food. Best bets: seafood pancake & flying fish roe dohl soht.

Best Spicy Squid in Seattle. My partner and I were so excited to find Kimchi Bistro. We went on a recommendation of a friend and boy were we glad we did. Since our initial visit a month ago, we've been back twice. It is hard to eat veggie there, but if you indulge in seafood, you're okay.

Friendly people.

Reasonable Prices

Amazing food!

Avoid the spicy chicken. The Spicy Chicken (Dak Bulgogi) was awful! Every single morsel of the "thin sliced chicken strips" was fat laden. Maybe it was partly my fault for not asking but I didn't expect to get ALL fatty dark meat based on the menu description and past experience at other Korean restaurants and friends' homes. On a positive note, the dish had great flavor, spice, and fresh veg. The Bibimbop and Banchan were OK but I won't be going back.

Favorite Korean Food in Seattle. This little hidden away gem has become on of my favorite places to grab lunch or meet up with friends. Their Bi Bim Bop is simply the best I have ever had. It comes in a sizzling ceramic bowl and the food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is small and run by a family of friendly and cordial people. When I discovered this spot, I ate there three times in a weekend, and that does not happen, very often.
