My fiancee and I recently went to Spa Willamina to receive the Lu-Lur package, which is a ritual ceremony practised in Bali, Indonesia before getting married. It includes a foot bath/massage with essential oils accompanied with a green tea. Then followed a nice and relaxing massage. Sarah, who worked on me was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle but yet she knew where to put a stronger touch and I could feel the experience behind her. After this came a body scrubb with Tamari and rice flour. Whoaaa!! I never had this done to me before! It was very interesting to have the oil and the rice flour mixed together on your skin. But the best part was the feeling of your body after the shower. I don't recall having such a soft skin ever! I highly recommend it to anyone. Almost 3 hours later, your treatment ends with a cocoa butter rubbed on you. What a finale! Spa Willamina is a lovely place that I will advertise for as long as it's here in Portland. Also, I learned that the Spa itself was built by the owner's husband who is a general contractor in remodelling houses. The attention to details is there. We personaly have a bathroom remodel coming up and I just found the person who will do it! Thank you Spa Willamina, job VERY WELL done!

Spa Willamina is a unique and heavenly oasis! The attention to detail and personalized service is unmatched and stunning. You can tell from your first moment sat the top of the steps that is a labor of love for it's owner Willow. Turns out her driving goal it to provide a space designed for wholistic health, wellness and healing through a decadent spa atmosphere. The thing that makes this spa stand out to me is the high level of intention and relaxed spiritual energy that envelopes me from the beginning to the end of my time there.
Pros: the location is private and cozy secluded a way from busy city energy & the staff is highly skilled
Cons: It's smaller so it can be tough to get all your friends to the spa at once! :)
