I chop up raw veggies and put in a bowl. Then I pour homemade soup over them and enjoy. I also eat a piece of fruit and a whole grain wasa cracker. If I need more protein I add some pumpkin seeds. This holds me until the next meal. (My homemade soups usually are made of beans or brown rice with canned tomatoes and or tomato paste and sauce. I add a soup base, either chicken or beef that I get from Costco. The soup is low in calories but very filling.)
No more diets, programs or protocols
for me! I've been going to Positive Changes for a few months and I'm very happy with my results. Besides getting a handle on my emotional issues around food and eating, I am also SO relaxed, sleeping great, and a very unexpected result is my brain just seems to be working better:) I am able to come up with words and names that were previously just out of reach to my speaking. My daughters are very impressed with my new mental sharpness. I've had tremendous insights through this process and don't believe I'll ever gain the weight back or disregard my fitness again. The staff has been so helpful and personal. They have accommodated my complicated schedule without batting an eye, have rescheduled appointments for me repeatedly and gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure I can surmount any technical challenges I have faced in listening to my personalized hypnosis CD's (user error:)
I highly recommend this method for anyone who is really ready to get off the weight loss roller coaster and get to the source of dysfunctional eating.
Follow the program and lose weight practically without trying. It takes 1.5 hours of class per week and .5-1 hr of homework/day listening at home. The people are great: courteous, friendly, just like family. I've lost 20 pounds in a little over 2 months. Robt.
The pros: friendly staff, seems to be working, lots of resources available, and relaxing once you get used to it. The con: would prefer to work only with one hypnotherapist I chose or like instead of many.

Positive changes indeed! After being enrolled in the program I have lost 12 lbs, I am sleeping better, making better food choices, have enough energy to go to the gym nearly every day, and have just been in an all around good place! The staff here is fabulous! Very helpful and super friendly! In short, the program works for me and I am anxious to see what other positive changes happen in the next 8 months!
I don't know why Positive Changes Hypnosis works, but it does! I'm eating less, eating better foods like more protein and salads, and my urge to snack is almost gone! I've lost 36 pounds and 6 clothing sizes in 8 months! The very first session changed me from a snacker into a water drinking energetic person who can't wait to see what glorious things tomorrow will bring!!!!
Going to positive changes has helped me reshape the way I eat and shown me a positive outlook on working out. It seems like I have been losing weight by doing simple things like drinking water instead of pop and choosing smaller portions. It has helped me make positive choices for a positive change!
