EE Robbins - Engagement & Wedding Rings

We are in the process of having a customer wedding band made, and the experience has been awesome. Tony has been such an amazing employee to work with all the way from engagement ring to wedding band. He has worked within our budget and makes us feel so at ease and comfortable. The opportunity to create and design something that is so easy and fun has been great. Walking in to the store, we now feel like family. We have a drink, talk about our wedding plans, and its just such great personal attention. We feel so valued and not all companies give you that feeling. Real Costomer Service When You Really Need It!!. I love when I walk into a store and am greeted by the sales associate that helps me through the process of purchasing something I know nothing about. I worked in sales for a long time myself and strongly believe that a good attitude makes all the difference. I was terrified walking into a place that sells little rocks for thousands of dollars that may or may not seal my fate [no offence }; >) ]. l don't think I could take dealing with a used car salesman sending me off the lot to give my girlfriend of now 4 years a lemon. I couldn’t do it myself that’s why I say, I was in sales (ps. used cars are all lemons off the lot). Right away I felt comfortable and at ease; I had no idea what I was doing and definitely wasn't ready to buy. I had been to a few other stores which were pleasant enough but pressured me to buy and when they figured out I wasn't ready dropped the act and gave me the feeling I was wasting their time. At E.E. Robbins I wasn't treated like a dollar sign and the staff, at least that I had the pleasure of meeting are all professional actors, or just nice people (I’m going with nice people) and that is why I went back twice. It took two times but I got the right ring for the price I was planning on spending. I'm just out of college so spending an extra $500.00 has nothing to do with what will or won’t happen when I turn 65 it is a matter of should I believe my girlfriend is that shallow (she's not I love her and that's why I spent what I could and planned to) and sacrifice car insurance or heat for a while to buy the right rock for the salespersons cable bill.…

Amazing customer service. I visited the Bellevue EE Robbins about 2 months ago and shopped around a little before going to your store. After visiting several other jewelers in the area I can't say enough about EE Robbins. Courtney helped me with my fiance's wedding band. The selection of men's bands is amazing.
