Horrible Service. Ok most stores will tell you when you buy a product if we know their return policy...so i bough hair extensions, jessica simpson, not a good color and too thin for my hair. I bought 3 of them, and Only Opened one, the 2 others were untouched. They refused to take it back, even though they didnt tell me it was returnable, (they say there was a 'sign' I didnt see any sign and neither did my husband) They said they have a health code thing for the hair extensions, which is true but only if you open it and use it. Like I said Out of 3 I only used one yet they stil refused to return it...I will be going back to make them return it tomrrow and talk to their manager. NEVER GO TO BEAUTYWORKS..Ironically before I went in the store my sister told me that returning anything to beauty works is a hassle. Enter at your own risk

Stick to selling merchandies, not giving facials!. I was shopping and decided to get a facial. B.W. is a waste of $$. When you pay to have a facial you want them to do what you can't, get blackheads out, freshen skin, etc. Holly didn't spend enough time removing blackheads. Slathering on lots of products is NOT a facial! She gave me all sorts of recommendations, which were annoying. I wasn't there to buy anything. Giving a facial is not rocket science. She had a chip on her shoulder and needs to take her job a lot less seriously, it would've made my experience relaxing! This is the worst experience I have had and I get facials alot. I will never go back! Look at where I went...you get what you pay for!

Best facial I've had. Holly did the best facial ever. She know's what she's doing, had excellent schooling, and was more than generous with the advice and samples.
