DISAPPOINTED. We were statisfied when AAA Rich service us the first time we moved. They were friendly, had a decent time trend, and had very few damages on our furniture. Their pricing was just right. On the last day they service us, everything was just a complete DISASTER. They rented a different truck so they arrived 30 mintues late. Even worse, they have to remove the house door; the same doorway they used to move in big furnitures, to move out. There were also many dents and scratches on our furniture than usual. As a result, they charged us additional $120 because they said they exceeded the time. They did not inform us of any new changes but that on that same day.

Rich's Reliable are just that and then some. well what can i say more than the simple fact that they are reliable honest caring hard workers that will work with anyone me and my family were stranded with barely any money and we just lost our house and RRM came to our rescue moved us quick with no damages and with our stuff that is amazing charged us very minmally and said no worries some day just pay it forward WOW!!!!!!!!! i did not know ther was still kind loving people let alone a business and i have read the bad reviews on here and im telling you those people are nuts i have referd them out to everyone i know and it all comes back the same that they are wonderful thank goodness for rich's reliablr

Considerate and fast. I have moved and used Rich and his crew on 8 occasions, including my daughter's moves. Rich is professional. He also has a gift for placement of furniture when asked which I sorely appreciate! He also has a really nice bunch of guys working for him - I think I've met them all! I am hopeful that this is my last move for a few years, and wish to place gratitude where it counts. When my sister moves out here from Chicago, I will have Rich do the cross country trek!

Great alternative to long distance movers!. Rich and the guys moved my in-laws into my house while my family relocated to the midwest. They did so on short notice, expedited the move and were professional thru and thru. Also the price was awesomely low.

Now we are relocating my in-laws to the midwest to live near us and Rich's quote was the best of local movers, local long distance movers and the national guys. Anytime you move long distance using long distance movers your belongings are "scheduled" to meet up with you anywhere from ten to twenty-five days later. What a total headache! Not when using Rich though! He is moving it himself and his rate is well worth the service you will receive!

Worst moving experience of my life!!. This company is a RIP OFF and a MOVING SCAM! I was given a bid of 900 dollars to move across town. They charged me 2200 dollars. They held my keys to my home hostage for three days. The end result was an extrordinarily high price for a one mile move across town AND I was stolen from. The police department is helping me find out the magnitude of the theft so we can prosecute them. They come on very nice and caring but in the end you will be sorely disappointed. They were found by the police investigating my case to have LONG CRIMINAL history and the police said that they would not even have let these people on their doorstep let alone touch their personal belongings. I am a disabled person and they stole me blind and took advantage of me. A very sad situation. When contacted about my missing items they yelled at me and left 4 threatening messages on my messaging system. They were very intimidating when confronted with the theft. The PD has record of their harrassing calls to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They obviously saw me as very vunerable and took full advantage of me. Once a con....always a con. Be careful using this company!!!!

The Best of The Bunch. We called several movers only a few showed up to provide an estimate. Most of them did not want to deal with moving us from our Condo so they provided bids that would scare a corparation. AAA- Rich's treated us like real people, treated our furniture and furnishings with real respect, There was no damage to any of our things, many of which were antics handed down for three and four geerations. They showed up on time for both loading and unloading. I could not be more impressed with the way we and our belongings were handled.

Beware! If you value your furniture and deposit. My husband and I have moved several times and thought we using a family ran business meant that people would be more careful and want to develop good realtionships---wrong!!!!! These guys showed up 20 minutes late. They scratched our door by just shoving our furniture through the door, and caused 3 separate holes in our couch. They completely ripped the corner off of our office desk, but said nothing about it. We noticed it the day after....... These guys told us they were on their third move, and only worked when my husband and I would work. They were completely careless, and when you would call them on damage something, their response was "that was already there." Keep in mind, I had to call them on 3 separate damaged areas on my furniture besides the desk corner they destroyed. Do not use these guys. We have used lots of movers, and trust me, this was the worst experience we have ever had. If you value your furniture and your apartment deposit, go to Careful Movers in Lynnwood as we should have.

Great Movers. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were polite, hard working, and very friendly.

We had originally estimated it to be a small move, but we were a bit off on the amount of junk we had to transport to our new place and it ended up being quite a bit of stuff. When the guys arrived they just surveyed the place and went to work immediately and had the truck loaded in no time. When all was said and done they moved us in the quoted amount of time, which was pretty amazing considering what all we had. Without them we would have been in serious bind.

I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to make a move.

Great Service. I found myself in a bit of a jam (timeframe) trying to get out of my house and into my new house. I made a few calls having very short notice. Rich's Reliable was at my house the next morning. The guys were very nice and had me completely out in 4 hours! I saved money, time and my back! I wanted to give them a big THANK-YOU!!! If I ever move again you can bet they will be the first people I call!
