Always Busy But Lots of Help.
Cool place. Walked in, got waited on right away, and walked out in 4 minutes with my headphones. All the sales people have remote check outs so I didn't have to wait in line and that was great. Nice to walk around if you have time and want to look at things like their new products.

Great service.
I was kind of a bad customer today buying my new iPod Nano. I changed my mind about the size and color twice while checking out. The person helping me was very friendly and tolerant, even though there was a long line. I'm a total **** for doing it, but I feel great that I could be all OCD with my purchase up until the last minute and nobody there judged me for it.

The large, white retail equivalent of Apple's online catalog is available at major shopping areas nationwide..
In Short
Frosted glass doors, white floors, and minimal hardwood shelving allow a lot of open space for these often-crowded shops. A young, hip staff outfitted in black T-shirts and lanyard nametags help families and students find iBook and iMac computers and software. Teens and 20-somethings can be found checking out the latest iPod MP3 players and accessories before heading home to download music and audio from Apple's iTunes.com to their new toys.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Service People.
I like this store. Everytime I go in, there is someone willing and able to help me. This time in particular, the salesperson was so honest. I appreciate it and applaud him for being this way--especially in this competitive world of money hungry people. Hooray for Apple Stores everywhere!
