Since 1951, this quick-serve restaurant has catered to on-the-go motorists, pioneering drive-thru dining and a broad selection of distinctive fast-food items. The menu emphasizes burgers like the best-selling Jumbo Jack--a thick patty topped with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo-onion sauce--but value items like stuffed jalapenos, bacon-cheddar potato wedges, and "monster" tacos are popular, too. Breakfast and sourdough sandwiches, salads and real ice cream shakes round out the offerings.
Worst customer service I have encountered on Burger Fast Foods-Rate 0. It was friday night and I wanted a night off from cooking. Got my husband to pick up some food for the family at jack n box. When he got home, we found out they had forgotten my daughter meal. I then called and asked for the manager. There were no asst manager or manager so the team lead spoke to me. I told him what had happened and he acknowledged it by even commenting "I see it here on the counter". I told him that with the traffic, and the drive, we didn't want to pick it up that same night. He said "for the inconvenience it caused you, when you pick the meal I will throw in a meal and your name will be on the list". So I left it at that and made a meal for my daughter. So much for not cooking! Anyway, the next night after doing errands, me and my daughter went back to Jack and the box to get her food and mine. I drove up to the drive thru and spoke to the assistant mgr and told him what had happened, he told me in an annoyed voice that they do not give free anything, and he was just going to give me my daughters meal (that I paid for that they didnt give me) in the first place! I told him that he can just give me my money back and I wanted to know why they could not honor me their promise. When I drove up to the window, he just gave me my money and rudely walked away! Without saying anything! I stopped him and asked him what his name was, and he just ignored me, but I saw his name tag as he turned to walk away and told him I wanted to speak to the manager, and when I called out his name thats when he walked back towards me. He said there were no manager around and just to call back! I took my money and drove off and next day I called that branch and was put on hold for 15 min then they hung up! I didn't care to get free anything, It's the principle behind it. I will never go back to Jack n box -its not worth the inconvenience especially the aggravation!
