It is a pain ever since I purchased the Lexus ES 300 from Championship Motors in Redmond. The third day after the purchase the PVC light came on; the fifth day after the purchase there was a large leak spot on our driveway. Then I left the car for NuMark Automotive to repair. NuMark called and said there is bad news and worse news. The worst news was that the engine was shot. Because of the state of the bearings and cam, they would recommend off loading the car as soon as possible as the engine would fail soon and should be replaced.

And, that the motor in the car was shot costing an estimated $3,000 to replace given parts and labor. This means the car should have been listed for $2500 instead of the $6950. On that day the dealer said that he understood the problem was sever for the car. And, understood that the replacement work would cost about $3000 and thought he would be able to have that work done. And, he took the information about NuMark and said he would call us back. But we never get any call from him in the whole next month.

This past Saturday, almost exactly 2 months from purchasing the used car, the car died on the way home from my parents.

With this cost, their “excellent rated used car (which should have been listed for $2500) that we paid $7000 will now have a price of $10500 which would have been a whole different category of a car for that price.

Like many people, I have purchased a lot of vehicles and usually had buyer's remorse when I bought from a used car dealer. This is absolutely not the case with Championship Motors. I feel I got a great car at a great price and was treated fairly and with a great deal of respect. They have some nice cars there. The Nissan Quest I bought was immaculate and the salesman actually knew what he was talking about for this car. I was reluctant to go there originally because of other reviews, but I am glad I did buy there. They helped after the sale as well. I would strongly recommend them.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Mercedes SLK230 from Championship Motors and we could not be happier. Not only did we pay a below market price but we got a great car that had only 1 previous owner in Bellevue. Jared Voelker the sales manager was friendly, honest and very accurate in his description of the car and the real value of the vehicle. The buying process was fun, efficient and without pressure, as we explained there were other vehicles we wanted to check out before buying. We got a great financing rate from their bank and I would urge everybody looking for quality and value in a used vehicle to check out our friends at Championship Motors.

It seems like they dont wanna sell their cars. Save yourself some time and from some rude behavior and look somewhere else.

I went to there over the last weekend to look for the first car for a Friend who is new to this area. We clearly communicatd our budget $8-$10K and otehr requirements. He seemed to be totally not interested. Looking at their inventory what I can tell is that $8 - $10K is their median inventory range. I have no idea why he was showing suich "i dont care" attitude.

We browsed all by ourselves and wanted to test drive a car and he said they were short on staff because of weekend and told us to come back duirng a weekday. Well...

1. We both are full time working professionals and weekday does not fit for us

2. I could see there was another person in the office and there were no other customers in the shop at all...

Absolutely no idea why this attitude, but I am for sure never going back nor recommending anyone to be near that shop!
