Not so good for eating Thai food. I ordered a salad and pad Thai for dinner. The lettuce is dry and chunky cutting, they have these vegetable sat in the bowl for too long, should have soak them in water. It taste a lot fresher, and the ginger dressing is a bit salty, but that could be vary to individual taste. My pad Thai is oily and the noodle broken. The taste is way under the belt for this type of restaurant. The bill come with 2 dollars extra for the beef that go with the Pad Thai. I guess they charge the meat separately, but didn't tell you that. The manager ask me how is the meal? Which I replied good, but it was not.

Good food can't overcome rude staff. My wife and I used a gift certificate from work to try this place out. Big mistake. They seated us in the restuaruant area and gave us menus for food and coctails. When we tried to order a cocktail, we were told we should have sat in the bar, as drinks are not available in the restaurant... as if we should have somehow known this. We overlooked the major attitude coming from our server and asked if we could be seated in the bar instead, since the coctails looked pretty interesting. The simple process of getting moved 20 feet away to sit in the bar ended up involving the server, the hostess and the bartender, all of whom were incredibly rude. We stayed only because of the gift certificate. The food and drinks were good, but the service left such a bad taste in our mouths that we won't be going back. Shame... nice looking place.

Terrible Male Bartender. I am speechless at the lack of quality this individual poses. Description white, male, bearded, and cocky. This man under pours his drinks, misorders food, and takes no accountability for his mistakes. Worst dining experience I have had into any of the 16 countries I have visited. They say impress a person and he/she might share there positive experience with several friends, however mistreat this same customer and they will share their bad experience with dozens. Now, sicken a critic like me with your lack of class and the will public share your distain everywhere I go from this moment out! Cheers to your going out of business and employing a truely revoluting and repungnant individual!!

An unpleasant experience. This resturant

- ignored me

-brought me wrong order

-charged me for something I did not order

The food was alright however the lack of customer service ruined my experience I won't go here again.

Bad customer service!!. I was seated and felt like both the seating and mere presence of my group was a distraction to the server. Honestly I felt like I was having dinner at my ex-husbands house. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The white male bartender/server waiting on me continued to ignore my group. This business is lucky I went in a large group for had I been alone and received this treatment I would have walked out without paying. They should be paying customers for this kind of treatment.

I HATE this place! Beware for your own well being!. Truely horrible dining experience!! Staff placed my order incorrectly and took five minutes to bring water as my mouth burned. Man behind the bar had no consideration for table manners as he was eating on the job. Be careful eating here the environment is tempting but the service is horrific!!

Miss Ordered, unattentive staff, no value in meal. Staff was rude, food was loaded with M.s.g. and over spiced against my request. Concerns were poorly handled. My order was not properly minded.

Give me a cup or eye contact!! The TV will wait!. I went to catch a movie and had a wait time. Entered the bar in Thai Ginger where I waited and waited for the large bearded bartender to make even a hint at effort to observe his sourroundings. No such luck I timed the wait and it was over five minutes while he continued to gauk at the purpose of his employment which would be the tv in his bar. Finally noticed the bartender came over and asked if I wanted a drink while picking at his beard profusely. I watched him scratch away as I ordered a drink. I should have left before doing this because all I had was a tv, beard-itching bartender, and bill for order. Customer service was MIA. I hope if I am ever forced to go here again that he has finished scratching his beard.

Rude waiter and far higher interest in the tv than customer. I went here to enjoy the evening before heading home from my job. Bartender was white and visibly overweight. Ignored me for some time while watching tv. Finally approached my table took my order. Food was cold and waiter seemed to be uninterested in helping or listening to anything I said. This is probably true cause his eyes darted between the tv and myself. I paid and left. Paying for this kind of service is the only thing worse than my refrigerated dinner. I won't be abused again by this bartender as there's not enough room in front of the tv for the both of us.

Worst service for the most money. This was a truely disappointing experience... I am a member of the asian community and big fan of Thai cuisine. I arrived on Easter for an evening meal with my fiance and was not greeted properly asked if I wanted to sit in the bar or wait for a table? I stated bar and before I could even look to select a table the host threw two menus on a random table and vanished to the entryway... I then moved my menus and prepared to order only to be interupted by another hostess to inform me that we were given the wrong menus "lunch menus" at 8:30pm/for her credit she was polite and this was truely the best part of my dining experience ... in hindsight I should have left right here and cut my loss'. Then I was approached by the bartender/waiter who seemed uninterested in prompt service as I waited ten minutes for him to approach while he was tending his two other customers aka slouching on the bar watching tv. This bartender a portly middle aged white man asked for my order and I ordered one tum yum soup two stars .. a side of white rice and a root beer. In honesty I order tum yum soup 2-3 times weekly here as well as other Thai resurants locally. The bartender returned with our order. Upon consumption and the mere sight of peppers this order was a four or five star dish. I asked the bartender how many stars he had placed on the ticket and was responded with, "You tell me?". This is the definition of poor customer service for if I wanted to ask myself I would be talking to a parrot. The waiter clearly did not have any idea of the details of my order. I responded by stating two .. a mistake as the portly bartender responded and I quote,"Well then thats what you got. Would you like me to water it down for you?". If I wanted my soup watered down I would have made top ramen and found this remark devaluing to myself as a customer. I checked out billed for 17.85 for 9.95 soup/4.00 2 rices/2.0 soda i only ordered one rice. Expensive for 4 bites and truely terrible!!
