This place requires your credit card to make a reservation!

I had been here twice, the service was okay but the bill came out to be much more than quoted. I had made an appointment three weeks in advance for a foil and then the day beforehand I received a message on my voice mail stating that my credit card number was required to hold my appointment or it would be cancelled if they didn't hear back that day. What kind of place does that? I'm always on time, never cancel, and a good tipper. I made an appointment and went to Gene Juarez the next day in Redmond. Received a great foil and cut for much less money, wonderful service, and they didn't require my credit card for the reservation.

KELSEY G. is the best!!

Everybody here is so friendly and nice, I always feel very special here. While having my hair color changed I always end up getting complimented by other stylists in the salon upon being blowdried and styled! Kelsey Gutierrez always does my highlights, haircut, deep conditioning and styling and I always leave so happy!! Today when I left I have already gotten almost 10 compliments in less than an hour because I left with the best shade of blonde ever !! This is an awesome place to get your services also because I had a rainforest mate tea today while looking at a beautiful view of the valley out their window.GO HERE!!!

I woke up early on Tuesday and decided to take care of a perm that has been growing out. I called Oasis and 30 minutes later, I was at the salon. Ashley was my stylist and she did an awesome job giving me a haircut that looks great straight or wavy, and really natural looking highlights that didn't seem to smell as strongly as usual. I am almost never happy with the hair style that I leave the salon with, but I loved how it looked!!! And Taelyn helped get rid of some stress lines and evened out my complexion with a wonderful facial and massage (I got the summer special). I really enjoyed both my salon and spa experience- I felt great afterwards. Thanks!!!

Great facials, body scrubs

I have been a returning customer of Oasis for years now, i have always enjoyed my facials and at least once a year I try to treat myself to their amazing Lavender Dreams body treatment. I enjoy the Kerstan Florian line (though it is a bit pricey) I can never buy anything they recommend but I finally caved and bought the Sunless face/body tanner it is great! On the topic of their Salon services: I have been back and forth with going to the Salon. I always have great results, and love going there, but whenever I get a hair service they charge me at least double what the website says. I understand that I have more hair then the average person, but it would be nice to be informed (during the appointment) of the additional charge.

I love coming here and will continue to. Thanks!
