Best Day Spa Experience!. This is a darling spa location in Downtown Bellevue. They sell lots of darling things like hand lotions, soaps, skin care products, my personal favorite Phytomer, and many others. My boyfriend and I got the couple's Massage. It was very nice, and ROMANTIQUE! He picked the place and surprised me. We absolutely adored this spa and had a fabulous time in our massages. Thank you staff at Herban Therapies. WE will be back!

CUTE Day Spa. I recently found this darling day spa through an online purchase. What a perfect gem in the city. The spa is small, but it is cozy! The staff is great! I had a massage and facial, I have to say it was the best I have ever had! The decor is beautiful, candles and fountains everywhere! Very New York Boutique Hotel like. I am now a keeper.

Spa in a Condo. This business is ran out of a space that is meant to be a condo, and not a spa. First thing coming in, I'm noticing the home-made decor, fake flowers, and variety of cluttering "artifacts" everywhere.

I'm taken to a room for a facial, and was wondering how the cosmetologist would fit in - that is how little room there was around the table. She was very small, I guess they made a conscious choice about hiring her! Facial was excellent, and it made me forget how crammed the space felt.

I proceeded to a massage, and was told that the wait will be 15 min, so I decided to take a quick shower. The bathroom was covered in variety of rugs, sink was covered with products, and lighting was extremely poor. Plenty of cabinets everywhere, and with locks on them, so I had conclude this was also a storage space. Anyway, took shower but no hair dryer! I was taken downstairs to another bathroom where one of the staff was kneeling down and plugging in a dryer in an outlet under another cabinet. While all of this took exactly 15 min, I was told I was late for my massage and that we had to hurry up.

The massage, however, was wonderful, Marlene did an excellent job even if it felt rushed, and even if we were intrrupted by another spa staff asking if the circuit braked was in the room... Apparently the power had gone out downstairs...

My next stop was hot stone pedicure, in an area that was separated from front desk only by a curtain. While at it, I thought, why not get a manicure, too? So I asked if there was time for it. The woman who did my pedi walked out, pulled the curtain and proceeded to whisper back and forth with the receptionist. When she came back she said that she had another client right after me, so she couldn't do it. I thanked her and she went on to put seaweed mud on my feet and warm booties for 15 min - and walked away - during which time she could have been doing my mani. The stone massage was a complete gimmick, yeah, nice and warm, but hardly effective. The nail polish came next, but no work on cuticles, and my old nail polish was still peeking around the edges of my toenails.

As soon as nail polish was on, the lady tries to put my sandals on despite my protests - and of course - ruins the nail polish. She puts it on again by which time I'm noticing that everyone is gone and receptionist it looking at me with impatience. I'm asking what time they close, and the answer is 4 pm. I realize it's 4:15 and I'm the last customer, who they can't wait to get rid of.

Needless to say, my nail polish did not dry by that time, but I didn't care as it already looked bad. I walked out, feeling bad for the good people who worked there and did my facial and massage - but feeling pretty pissed at the owners and the way my pedicure was handled. Not going back and I don't recommend it to anyone who truly wants to relax. My services were $270 worth, but I was practically pushed out. No thanks .

Very Relaxing, Reasonable Price. I recently visited this spa on a trip to Bellevue. I live in Eastern Washington. I just did a google search for spa's in Bellevue and this one came up. Reviews were decent so I thought I'd give it a try.

I had a hot stone massage. My therapist was Vera. She did an excellent job. I was so relaxed and felt great afterwards. Her technique was outstanding. I never felt greasy or oiled up either. She took time to wipe off any excess oils. Unlike other places I've visited where I left feeling gross. The cost was very reasonable too. It really was the best stone massage I've ever had.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the overall atmosphere of the spa. It seemed a little cluttered, and in need of some repair. The receptionist was late returning from lunch, thus the office was closed longer than the sign said. Also to reach the massage rooms, you have to climb a flight of steep, narrow stairs. Anyone that is elderly or disabled would have difficulty on the stairs. I'm 42, female, and able to climb the stairs just fine, but afterwards, when all relaxed, I could see someone slipping down them.

I would definetly return to see Vera on my next trip to the west side. I am also a massage therapist.

Great Massages as Always!. I have been a client of Nicole's for years. She is a fantastic massage therapist and an inspiring person. I know for a fact that if anyone had a problem she would make it right. I have sent my husband to her, my sister in law, and several friends. We all think that she is the best! I would highly recommend anyone to try her or her spa.

Be careful of spending your money here. I went to this spa for about 6 months to receive Synergie facial treatments. I purchased a package of six treatments and, when I was unable to return for a bit, later called only to find that the owner claimed I had only half as many treatments according to her memory. It also took me about five phone calls before I was able to receive a return call and now that she disagrees with my count, I have been unable to receive any other communication. The service was decent but inconsistent. Please be careful of spending your hard earned money here.

Great Mother's Day Spa. I brought my Mom and Grandma here for our Mother's Day weekend. They both had great services and plan on coming back again real soon. Thank you for doing such a great job on my family. And the deals made the experience even better!

Spa is Great, Always Wonderful Massages. I have been getting massages here for a year and I have never had any problems getting an appointment. It sounds like someone was having a bad day. I see Nicole and when she was out for a personal leave I saw Vera. I use my insurance too and have always had a great eperience!

Best Massage and was Covered my insurance. I recently had a massage with Vera from Herban Therapies and it was great. The even better part was that it only cost me $10 which was only my co-pay. Apparently my massage is covered by my insurance for 45 visits. I think everyone and anyone needs to check this place out and find out if your massage can be covered. Because let me tell you I now no longer suffer from migraine head aches. Thank you so much insurance and thank you Vera.
