$ haircuts at $$$ prices. Rudy's is a great place to go... in an emergency, when you can't get in anywhere else. Why are they charging $25 for a men's haircut? For a few dollars more, I could get a spa-quality haircut. Or roll the dice and do it myself. Paradoxically, there is frequently a wait on weekends, sometimes lasting 30 minutes or more.

Good cheap haircut. I went to get a shorter haircut and was helped right away.

The girl who cut my hair was friendly and talkative.

I enjoyed the cut over all and was happy with the price.

I would defiantly go back.

Get a cut with some kitsch at this nontraditional barber shop in Bellevue.. In Short
The wall is covered with pictures of models and movie stars, along with posters reminiscent of communist propaganda gone Gen-X. Rudy's is an anomaly in the world of barber shops, but don't let the facade dissuade you. This clean, efficient shop cuts and styles for all generations--from the Pokemon crowd to those old enough for senior discounts. It's also one of the few places in town offering the traditional straight blade shave.
