WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!. I went on a wild goose chase trying to the find the Consulate office using CitySearch. They need to get their addresses and phone numbers straight. I ended up driving around to what I thought was the right place to find myself at a private home of a non-Spanish speaker. She told me on the phone it was the wrong place. I should have listened and not wasted my gas. Use another service to get this right.
