Quick, sweet and thorough service in their brand new location. Not the best in the ESL dept but comfy new massage chairs and pedis for $15!
Never Again. There are tons of cheap nail shops in lower queen anne, but a friend recommended this place to me. I've gone a few times, usually for an underarm wax, but today was my first time getting a pedicure. The first couple times I went was great, girl was extra nice and did a great job. Don't know where she went, but they need her back. First they tried to burn me with wax that was way too hot, then they sit me in the broken chair for a pedi, and got more paint on my toes, than the toe nail. I will never go back.…
Save your $10. I went to Diamond Nails with my friend on a Sunday morning to get manicures. I wasn't expecting the best service in the world, considering their mani's are only $10, but was expecting the experience to be longer than 15 minutes. I get the impression that they are more interested in "turning and burning" them rather than trying to establish repeat clientele. The utensils they use are not clean, the massage lasted about 20 seconds, and the polish was terrible....it was all over my cuticles, was uneven, and even had bubbles in it. The technician was polite, but I will not be returning here....…
Good Value. I have been going here for over a year and have not had a bad experience yet. The staff is friendly and fast. I never have to make an appointment. I'm going today!
DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want a FOOT INFECTION. I used to be a regular here, until my toe cuticles were damaged beyond belief. They are UNSANITARY. They shave the dead skin from your feet and re-use the razor (BIG infection risk). They clipped my cuticles so badly that I now have a skin growth where I used to have healthy cuticles. I will NEVER go to one of these cheap, unsanitary, "chop shop" nail places again. There is a reason it's so cheap, you get what you pay for. Be safe. Go somewhere safe and respectable. They also shaved my heels too much, so that my feet were ALWAYS cracked....and bleeding. Since going somewhere else, my feet are thankfully back to their baby soft selves.…
