Both My son and I go to Champion. My son has been there for 2.5 yrs. and I have been going for 1.5 years. You will not find better more careing instruction anywhere. Every child there is like family to master June. Master June, Master Nick and Master Mi young treat each student both adults and children as individuals and every one goes at their own pace till they feel comfortable. Adults can earn their black belt in 1.5 years children in about 2.5 years. Students (both adults and children) range from the very athletic to the beginner. Master June has also started a Before/After school program. Which is taekwondo and acedemically based. Children get picked up, go to taekwondo class then complete their homework with the help of tuttors. Its kinda like taekwondo meets kumon. My son loves the program and doesnt want to leave. I also have grown quite a bit athletically since I have started. Athletically I have completed tasks that I thought I could never possibly do (even while I was doing them) I have also gone down at least three sizes in clothes and have become much toner and really dont need to watch what I eat (I figure nick will run it off me eventually) If you are checking out schools I could not recommend Master June any higher. He is truly there because of his love for teaching and his love for the kids.
Pros: small class size (except 4pm) individ. attention, truly careing instruction, low prices
Cons: there are none

The instructors at Champion are some of the best I've seen. My kids have done martial arts at 2 other schools, but absolutely refuse to go anywhere else now. The instructors were able to relate to my children and really tailor a ciriculum that brought my children out of their shell. All the instructors speak perfect english, so there were no commuication problems. Their rates are lower than most schools even though they offer so much more than those schools. They have an amazing demonstration team that does venues like the northwest folklife festival and Seafair, and a competition team that has won several national titles. Overall, I haven't seen a school that offers as much as they do, relates to my children as well as they do, and still manages to keep their rates lower than most schools.
Pros: great instructors, no limit on classes, high quality training
Cons: cant think of any
