Spicy Spicy WINGS!. I love the sports atmosphere. And I love wings. I moved from upstate New York like 7 years ago and I've never really found acceptable wings to eat here in the Northwest. Wing Dome's 4 alarm and 5 alarm wings are amazing. And you must get them "extra wet", which means loaded with more sauce. I get the blue cheeze dressing to cool my pallet off. Seriously, every time I go, I get a huge platter of those with my friends. And if you're not huge into spicy food, they have other sauces as well. The triple garlic is like the best, and they also have a Jamaican Jerk flavor that's out of this world.
I'm never going back again $$$$$$!!!.
i am a long time wing dome patron but those days ENDED yesterday! myself and 2 other were charged $95.000 yes $95.00 for 15 wings a piece and 2 pitchers. What a joke!!!! i have been coming to the dome for nearly 10 years and I feel completely RIPPED OFF! The downfall of the 'dome' occurred when the restaurant was bought out by consolidated restaurants company. Say good bye to friendly neighborhood vibe and say hello to corporate $$ make profits at any COSTS!
GOOD BYE WING DOME AND ALL OVER $$
Wing Dome doesn't serve buffalo wings.
For those of you who are looking for a decent stab at buffalo wings in the Seattle Area, WingDome isn't going to satisfy your craving. They don't specifically advertise "buffalo wings"...only "hot wings"...and the difference is apparent from the first bite. Wingdome shouldn't even clothe itself in the blue-cheese and celery trappings of a buffalo wing joint.
WingDome completely lacks that buttery-tobasco-ey tang that make buffalo wings so addictive. If you're expecting buffalo wings, you'll be charged a premium price for a plateful of fried mediocrity, seasoned generously with failure.
Despite Wingdome's blustering attitude of how hot their wings are, the wings are also devoid of any delicious flavor to back up the heat. I guess their piling-on of scovilles serves a double purpose: it not only masks the fact that the food tastes like it's straight out of a bulk-bag from Costco, but also plays to the macho egos of those who need to publicly demonstrate their completely senseless palates.
Save your time and Avoid this place. Since the change in ownership, I would not recommend this place at all. Consider yourself fortunate if someone answers the phone. And if you are lucky enough that they do, you will be on hold for at least 10 minutes. They do not deliver and will not partner with any third party delivery service. The food quality has gone way down since the change in ownership and you should expect customer NO service. It's a shame to see the best wings in Seattle go the way of just another mismanaged wing joint. I hope they turn things around quickly. NOT Recommended!
The most popular wings in Seattle--and the crowds to prove it..
In Short
For many local poultry eaters, the Wing Dome, affectionately dubbed "The Dome," is a favorite. Start with a basket of 25 hot wings (measured in spiciness by their "alarm" ratings); celery stalks and either spicy ranch or blue cheese dressing come on the side. The menu offers a range of specialty wings, along with sandwiches and burgers.
