Tips for Tulalip Casino Resort

it's OK, not great, not terrible. kind of like tap water.. Pros: Gorgeous Hotel, literally one of the nicest in the state. Top notch. Room service is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. i can't say enough about this hotel. Except for the complete and total lack of a view (the parking lot) But the shower's more than compensate.

The rewards program seems to be the best around. For every 2,000 points you get $20 in cash back. Compared to the Muckleshoot where you get $1 for every 1,000 points. Quite a difference.

Plenty of parking (?)

Cons: The dealers could be friendlier. The Clearwater Casino has the nicest dealers I've encountered yet. They Tulalip could learn a few things from them.

Since the hotel was built it seems like they don't pay out as much. Understandable since they have to pay off that beautiful hotel, but still...

The comp program is not easily understood. Not even the cashier could explain to me how much I had to spend in order to get rooms comped like my friend does. So I quit going for the most part. I like the Snoqualmie better. Can't wait til they build their hotel.

Player Beware. Player BEWARE!!!! The Tulalip Casino house is crooked and the craps tables are run by unscrupulous and dishonest employees! They’re a bunch of cheats. One of a many examples is that they blatantly steal Hardways bets. If you've got an open Hardways bet pending after the point is made, they pretend they don't hear you call it off, if you call it off and ask for confirmation they won't respond, and more importantly, if a Hardways roll hits before the point is made you won’t get paid as they’ll claim you called it off!!!!!! If you're winning, they'll find something wrong with your throw, or maybe the Stick Man or another employee will purposely cause friction with someone at the table with the intent of changing the momentum. I've even seen the Stick Man go so far as to start whacking his stick against the table to provoke the roller. I’ve also experienced the craps employees adding non-existent rules like making you parrot back your wager word-for-word instead of just being able to answer them with a simple yes or no. The craps employees also frequently under pay players or when it’s busy, not bother to pay you at all – and reluctantly paying when they’re called on it after the fact. So much for the sweet little casino ads / commercials that are on TV showing couples having so much fun and employees who are so nice......trust me, it's a pile of horse manure.....they're flagrant cheats and they’re getting away with it day in and day out!

Beautiful Casino...but HORRIBLE SERVICE!. I made reservations at the hotel last month because a colleague of mine had mentioned she had enjoyed playing here. I also heard there was a outlet mall nearby, so my husband and I went to check the Casino out. Clean casino, nice rooms for the price, but service is HORRIBLE! Some of the staff they hire seem to be young and don't really know how to provide the best service to their patrons. I had lost a cellphone when I had stayed to play and when I went to security to ask for assistance, not only did they leave their post and NEVER return, but it happened with two different security staff. I am under the impression that most that work there care very little about their patrons. I've observed many workers who look very unhappy to be there. Especially at the card tables. Employees are very quiet, make little to no eye contact, and when prompted for conversation, usually didn't respond. Not very friendly at all.

The casino is also very smoky. I would appreciate it very much if this casino took the time to filter out the smoke-filled air. Otherwise I would play longer. I don't like how I smell after sitting at a slot machine for an hour.

The hotel and outlet mall appear to be the saving grace for this "resort." It's the only reason I would return. Primarily to go shopping. The hotel is good, but after walking around the casino and seeing what it has to offer, I don't think I will be coming back.

Definitely not Vegas!. Defnitely not a Vegas feel as Heather posted previously. It's got a more sleezy feel, but still fun! Most of the people I see at this Casino, look a little hillbilly or ghetto. But this is what makes it interesting and amusing. I have never stayed in the hotel, so can't tell you about the rooms or pool. But I can tell you about the casino and the nightclub they have here. They do sometimes have good cover bands that come play here. It's a good place to bring a group. There is smoking, so I always leave here stinking horribly. Drinks are pretty pricey, but not bad. Usually they are strong. The nightclub rarely ever has any seating unless you come super early when it's still dead and the band hasn't started playing yet.

Like vegas but so much closer. This is an all in one location located conveniently off I-5 in Marysville. This casino, resort and spa is right next to outlet shopping so it truly can be a destination vacation. Its on an native american reservation so smoking is allowed which can be a good thing or a negative thing but definetely adds to more the more vegas like feel. Live music is often being played in the night club and the buffett is better than most although quite pricey. There is now a hotel/spa attached to the casino so you can make a whole weekend out of it if you chose. The pool area looks pretty nice and with the resort many new restaurants and club type venues were added, some even have outside areas. Lots of slot machines and table games, many food choices and beautiful decorations despite all the money you stand to lose this is really the best casino of its type in Washington.

Editorial Review. Mammouth Marysville casino offers more than 1,800 slot machines, table games and bingo, along with nightly entertainment and fine dining.
