We did the transaction as I was traveling through the airport. Rental house refrigerator/freezer went out and I had to have a replacement ASAP! She provided me with options upsold me to the next freezer that could give my tenant more, took care of delivery, setup and disposal of old unit. Dispatch played a big part in the success.

i had a great experience with Albert Lee. It started with great help from Dan. He took the time to go over all of my questions and was very good at translating those answers into appropriate options for my washer and dryer needs. i was very please with his service. They were top notch. The delivery guys were also on time, courteous, hard working and also very professional. Then Dan followed up via email to see if all went well and to be sure i was satisfied to date. That was much appreciated. All said I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Dan and Albert Lee.

I used the website to ask about stoves and my price range. I was happily surprized when Jerry responded the same day with quite a bit of information on types, prices and what was in stock. That motivated me to visit the store and while I was originally thinking I wanted a clearance item, once I saw the new hybrid induction stove, I knew that was the right one for me. Delivery was great. Excellent experience.

I certainly glad that we were wrong!. We can to this place with the expectation that the service was not so good, However I certainly glad that we were wrong! The service was great, they paid attention to our desires and we got a pretty decent deal on a refrigerator!

I don't get the bad reviews.... Very good communication with sales person, worked very well with our remodel schedule. Would buy from them again. We only spent about $5,600 on appliances but never felt like we were small potatoes.
