The Apartment Bistro

Bistro. Martini. Tree.

  • Eclectic Bistro Dinner Menu
  • Stylish Lounge & Vibrant Scene
  • Infused Martinis

Located in the heart of Belltown's bustling restaurant and nightlife district, the Apartment Bistro has quickly become the hippest and most welcoming bistro amd bar in town. From the market fresh infused vodka martinis to the critically acclaimed eclectic bistro fare, style and flavor blend together to set the scene. The busy, intimate dining room provides a sleek neutral backdrop for gatherings of all sizes. From romantic dinners to group parties, The Apartment provides the coolest ambiance. Cushy, creamy booths and barstools soften the coolly deco-mod flavor of chrome accents and deep lavender-gray walls. A plasma screen above the bar turns silent classic films into video art and chilled-out beats set the mood. This is the perfect place in summer to sit out on the patio and sip on a Cantaloupe Martini or a Raspberry Shortcake Champagne Cocktail and take in the Belltown scene.

Editorial Review for The Apartment Bistro – by Anna Roth

In Short
This jazzy, hip bistro makes the most of its narrow space with minimalist decor, sleek black booths and a patio that extends onto the sidewalk. Each table sports a fish tank, jangly jazz plays in the background and a flat-screen TV shows a constant loop of muted classics. The menu is varied, experimental and heavy on the fish--items include calamari fried with house-infused cucumber vodka, molasses-roasted king salmon and miso-marinated black cod.

Took my girlfriend for her birthday last Friday night along with two other couples, and was extremely surprised by how great the food was. We had been going to the apartment for drinks late night for a while now, and finally got a chance to try out the kitchen. Highly recommend the Miso Butterfish, and the truffled mac and cheese with smoked sausage....YUM! I agree with the other reviews that this place gets really crowded and noisy on weekend nights, but our server was very friendly, and even bought us a round of shots. Taking my co-workers this week for dinner, I'm sure they'll enjoy it as much as we did.

Pros: Food/Stong Drinks and Nice Staff, hot looking crowd

Cons: Tough to find parking in Belltown

Great Valentines day dinner for me and my girlfriend last week. Went here on a recommendation from a coworker and to say the least we were very impressed with our dinner and the friendliness of our server. Although packed for dinner, we were greeted promptly and got a great table. (Recommendation if you come here ask for a booth in advance-we got lucky I think). We had the Chilean Sea Bass and a 14oz Ribeye Steak which I think was better than Jaks and Gaucho combined! It came with perfectly cooked ouzo and balsamic greens. We will most definitely be back with our friends soon. Very hip crowd as well.

Pros: Steaks, People Watching, Hip, Strong Drinks

Cons: None I can think of but parking in Belltown stinks
