I went to my first Chipotle Grill in Kansas City. When I moved here to Seattle, I was overjoyed when the first Chipotle Grill opened in Bellevue, then in the U-District 3 weeks later. The Mission-Style burritos are muy grande sized, and built to order while you watch. The best burrito I have ever had, and easily one of the best values for the price in Seattle. Not an abundance of variety in the menu, but if you find something you like, you'll be back for more.
Pros: Great value, Fantastic recipes, YUMMY!
Cons: 90% owned by McD's.
