When my girlffriend told me she had booked us a weekend getaway to a B&B in Seattle I was very excited. Upon arrival at "l'auberge", we were greeted with such a warm welcome by the owner Nancy Douglas, She was very hospitable, and tended to our every need. We ate at the Herb Farm our first night, with both negative and positive reviews, the second night we enjoyed a lovely evening with about 5 other couples drinking wine, cooking and eating. The best way to a lot of peoples heart, including mine!! The accomodations were lovely, The scenery was picture perfect, very quiet and serene. The only question we found our selves asking was when are we going to return.
Cons: Cheap headache bubbles

Nancy Douglas, the proprietress was charming, gracious, a giver of great goodies every evening, and gourmet treats for the morning. In addition a chilled bottle of champagne greeted me on arrival. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well appointed and private. I could not have asked for more. Nancy was warm and friendly yet very respectful of my space. I would return there in a nano-second---in fact plan to return another time. Sincerely, Katherine Lowrie
