What The Pho

A good place to avoid. A good place to avoid if you want to be treated like the restaurant wants you as a customer! I have frequented this establishment several times in the past because of convenience. It is overpriced and they have poor to somewhat rude service. Today was the worst. I arrived to a fairly packed restaurant. With three empty tables I was the first in line to be seated. Subsequently three groups of two entered behind me. After waiting ten minutes, and having watched the three groups of two being seated before me, I was left standing there with no open tables left so I left and will never return! Don't put yourself in my situation.…

what is this........? you called this Pho?. Are you kidding me. you called this is pho....! The place was great but so dark..... lucky I did not choke myself while eating. For those who called it good pho...... Please! it like you called all asian people look a like. How many asian people you see in this place? judge for youself.

What The Pho is Lame. This place used to be good but now has new management. The short story is I got a hair in my meal, restaurant manager was rude, tried to convince me it was not a hair. I email the regional manger and the customer service department. They never respond but thy did give my email to the person I was complaining about so they could send me rude and insulting emails. In my opinion it was totally unprofessional for the management at What The Pho to have the person I was complaining about send me rude emails. I will never step foot in one of there restaurants again.

The manager had this to say about me calling the HD about the hair in my food.

"I'm sorry you have so much time on your hands that you would call the HD."

Apparently they feel reporting health violations is unimportant and a waste of time. I guess What The Pho does not feel the HD's role is very important.

Good pho, GREAT pork spring rolls. The pho was good, the pork spring rolls were awesome. Mmmm... bbq pork... Service was good, stir frys are pretty good. Interior is clean and generally comfy, never had a problem with service. The main drawback is the small parking lot. Convenient location in bellevue though.…
