I had this indy shop as my primary BMW repair place for years. They used to be pretty good, but lately the relationship went sour. Too many times I received sloppy repairs, which really did not fix the root cause of the problems. On top of that, I learned that in case anything goes wrong, Ken & Co really aren't the easiest people to deal with.
Save yourself from a lot of trouble and stay away from them. There are plenty of other great BMW repair shops in the Bellevue/Redmond area.
