Order in Advance and get Confermation

I would say get on a program with cuislimo. They get busy and say they deliver the restaurant food on time to people that have pre ordered before the rush orders (Calling in for dinner ASAP) I think they sould higher more people. Cuisine Limousine does a great job for me now that I pre order the food gets delivered right on time.

• Pros: advance order always on time
• Cons: ASAP Order can take too long

Restautrant Quality : Great Service : Family Friendly

I thought for about a year cuislimo was only about big corporate buffets, large parties and only would delivery to business groups. I knew they have the best restaurants working with them from world of mouth. I learned a few weeks ago they would deliver to my house. We have a family of 5 and try to get out to eat a few times a week, although with kids it was not happening and home life was stressful with cooking and cleaning. Cuisine Limousine now is at our house just about every day Delivering us lunch for the ones who don't have to work (Yea Right she would say) or providing fresh dinner. Anyway the cost is reasonable and the service is irreplaceable. We already are counting on them for so much, even ie (snow cone maker and Ice Cream cake) for our sons 5Th birthday party. I look forward to seeing cuisine limousine grow relationships with our friends as well. warm regards :) Wilcox Family

Inconsistent Service- Getting Worse

We have used Cuisine Limousine several times since moving to Bothell this past year, and have had good results up until the last two times. The first problem order had to do with an additional order charge. We had ordered from the same restaurant and had never received a fee for it being further away than 10 miles. On this order we were charged an additional fee, without notification, and the order was significantly later than promised. Since we had good experiences previously, we thought it was just a one time error. Then, on tonight?s order (1/24), we ordered at 7:45, received a confirmation e-mail telling us the order would arrive within 45 minutes. At 9:10 we called to locate our order that had yet to arrive, and the order had not been processed yet. The customer service person seemed unaffected by our complaint and proceeded to act as though nothing was wrong. He suggested the next time we order that we call immediately after placing the order because there isn?t an alert system for incoming orders. We were told on our first order that we would no longer need to call to confirm after the first order was done. We have never had this problem until this most recent order.

I am not sure what has changed in the last two orders, but it has become apparent that Cuisine Limo?s customer satisfaction is no longer a top priority. We have recommended this web site to several people within the area and are now regretting our recommendation. It seems a poor business practice not have an alert system to allow you to know when orders come in, especially since this is a web base company! We are incredibly frustrated with the service and lack of concern provided by this establishment. No effort was made to apologize, to quickly correct the errors, or provide some sort of restitution. This is unacceptable, consistent service and we will no longer use this company.
