The Scene – From the line of young, good-looking scenesters corralled outside behind a velvet rope, it's clear this club aspires to a sleek, big-city style. Inside the dance floors pulse with heavy beats laid down by resident and celebrity DJs. An enforced dress code filters out grungy jeans and T-shirts in favor of the fashionable. – – The Draw – The main attraction is two dance areas, swirling with lights and bodies, and pounding with music ranging from electronica to R&B to house. The already chic club turns up the luxury in its VIP lounge, which has an all-white…

Try to get on the VIP list

by alliespiritu

So I just went here last weekend and it was pretty much the last hoorah before they close down Element for the 50th time for remodeling. A good friend of mine figures that once they reopen it'll probably have not only a new interior but a brand new name all it's own. Inside this place is really chill and they have a VIP room where it's all white, gives you this really clean feeling. I only hope they don't get rid of this after the remodel. There are plenty of places to dance and some uncessary rooms also. I don't know why they don't make a big room since it's apparent that one is more popular than the other.

  • Pros: VIP room
  • Cons: you're bound to see people you don't necessarily want to see, parking

One of the best clubs in Seattle

by 19rosebud

Element is one of my favorite clubs in Seattle. This place has two nice dance floors, good music and three bars. Before you go, be sure to check the web site to see what type of music is being played that night. Friday nights have techno and Saturday nights have Top 40.

  • Pros: music, atmosphere
  • Cons: cover and drinks are a bit expensive
