Alex is a very nice guy, but he doesn't know which plants work and which don't. Some worked great - a significant portion died as they weren't right for their location. Even worse is that when they started dying Alex refused to return my calls and I haven't heard from him again, even after multiple calls and letters.
Pros: Nice Guy
Cons: Mediocre job. Terrible Customer Service.
