SPN Was Fabulous - Our Furry Babes Miss You!. Yes, agreed - the post cannot be valid. We used Jennifer/SPN for years and not only did we love them, but our 3 dogs loved them. Everything they did for our pups was on time and of quality (she even took care of our outdoor plants on a long vacation). We're now looking for a new doggie walker - it took us this long (2 years) to work up the courage to trust our babies to someone new. We miss you Jennifer and thank you for the wonderful services you provided to our little furry babes!

Seattle Pet Nanny Closed in 2007. Saw the previous review, which is odd since Seattle Pet Nanny closed its doors in 2007. (The request to Citysearch to end the listing was confirmed then as well, don't know why site is still up.) Advise taking the review before this with caution, particularly since other reviews note otherwise. Is there a vindictive pet sitter out there who thinks SPN is still in operation and wants to "cut" the competition through slander? If so, I pray that the love and good intentions of the pets surrounding you will warm your heart.

Anyhow, SPN is no longer operational, as heartbreaking as it was to say goodbye to all the great clients we had - pets and owners alike! Please consider Ruth with PugetPets, who provides great service. Best wishes to everyone! - Jennifer.

Dogs weren't walked/10% off not honored. I have used Seattle Pet Nanny one time and the experience left me with nothing except question about the care my dogs received. My dogs were to be walked twice. Once in the morning and once in the early evening. I had a friend staying with them overnight. While I was away, I received daily phone calls from my neighbor informing me that the pet sitter was not walking my dogs. And In fact, on two separate occasions, one of my neighbors walked my dogs at noon and told me that it was clear that the dogs had not been walked since their overnight caregiver left at 6:00 am. Additionally, my senior dog had accidents which were left in my home for someone else to clean up.

I called Jennifer from Seattle Pet Nanny several times from my vacation to determine what was going on and was often not called back until the following day. While I recognize that this is a bit of a he said/she said, several people were independently complaining about the services offered by Seattle Pet Nanny. Additionally, when I inquired about the 10% discount for first time customers, I was told that "we could do it next time." Well, I have to say that I doubt there will ever be a next time. I just don't have enough confidence in the care offered to my loved ones in my absence. Use their services at your own risk!

Reliable, caring, detail-oriented pet care. Jennifer and her team are the best - very reliable, extremely organized, and totally caring with pets. I know that with Seattle Pet Nanny, my dogs will get a thorough walk every day, rain or shine. The best part of working with Jennifer and her team is the detailed report cards she leaves...just one of the extra touches that sets Seattle Pet Nanny apart. I highly recommend their service for daily dog walks.

Happy dogs!. After working from home for several years, I took a job downtown -- one that left our two dogs home alone from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, something they definitely weren't used to and didn't deserve. Jennifer and Seattle Pet Nanny were a godsend: the dogs got walked, drained and played with every day. We were all relieved (literally, in the dogs' case). Jennifer also brought in the mail and deliveries, and checked to make sure everything was okay in the house. When she went on vacation, her "subs" were just as prompt and professional as she was; there was never a hitch that she couldn't handle. I particularly appreciated the daily log she left, which let me know what to expect when I got home to take them for their evening walk.

Pet care is a job that seems to attract a lot of undependable, "between gigs" folks. You never know if someone is really showing up or whether you want them in your home. Not so with Seattle Pet Nanny! Jennifer takes her business very seriously, and pays attention to every little detail of her service. She is intelligent, enthusiastic and dedicated. I'm working from my home again, a year later, but if that ever changes again, I'd hire Seattle Pet Nanny again in a heartbeat.

Happy and Friendly - Puppies Love Her!. We've used Seattle Pet Nanny for about 1/2 year and have had great, reliable and friendly service! Our doggies are happy and calm every day - peace of mind for us since we added a new Chihuahua puppy to our family!

Very Satisfied. The Pet Nanny's service is professional from the start. Just before we left on vacation, one of our cats had emergency surgery and was required to spend time with the vet under observation. We were headed out of town on a two week cruise. The PN modified her schedule to spend extra time at our house to provide company to the cat left at home alone. While we were gone, we received email updates outlining her visits to our house and the condition of our cat. We returned to find a hand written log and gifts for the cats. We highly recommend her professional service.

User review by jillre. I highly recommend the Seattle Pet Nanny. She runs a very professional business, and went out of her way to accomodate me. I have left my cat in her care several times, and always feel comfortable knowing that my cat will be happy and well-cared for while I am gone. The price is very good, and the service is outstanding.

Super Pet Nanny. My husband and I were so pleased with the care our two cats got from the Seattle Pet Nanny. We have used pet services in the past in a variety of North American cities and found the Seattle Pet Nanny to be top notch. Jennifer is conscientious, thorough and we felt totally safe leaving our girls with her. The price was right as well, and it is so nice to be able to leave the cats in the home they are used to rather than send them to a kennel. Our cats even seem to thrive under her care, and they were much calmer when we came home. We would highly recommend the Seattle Pet Nanny for your pets if you are going to be away.
