The Bridle Trails Delivery Kitchen opened November 18th, 1998, finally bringing Pagliacci to the Eastside. After nearly 20 years, Eastside residents were able to have Seattle's best pizza delivered right to their door. Former Seattleites who remembered Pagliacci said it was worth the wait.The store was quickly accepted into the neighborhood. Many pick-up orders were placed by customers outside of the delivery area who eagerly awaited a Pagliacci to open in their neighborhood.
