When Pagliacci opened the West Seattle Delivery Kitchen on August 20, 1996, it was the farthest distance we had traveled from our U-District roots. This eighth delivery location was welcomed by residents who had been requesting a Pagliacci near them. Ever since it opened, West Seattle residents have enjoyed visiting the kitchen to pick up their pizza.

Poor Delivery Service

I contacted Pagliacci for a delivery. My address is less than 2 miles (1.8 miles-maybe an eight minute drive) from their location. I was told that due to the number of traffic lights (three total), they could not ensure my pizza would be fresh by the time of delivery. I was very dissapointed at this excuse. What is the point of calling yourself a "Delivery Service" if you can't even drive!
- Cons: Thumbs Down. Their website does not state the limitations of delivery.

Best Pizza on the West Coast

I was in Seattle on business and maxed out my company's food budget for the day, so I decided to research pizza delivery in Seattle. The overwhelming recommendation after Googling was Pagliacci's. Being from NYC originally, I was a bit skeptical. The pizza was cheap a mere $10.70 for a half pepperoni/half cheese 11" pizza (small) with no delivery charge. The pizza arrived at my hotel within 30 minutes. Not only was it piping hot, but it was delicious. The cheese to sauce ratio was perfection and both tasty. I was stunned to actually get a tasty crust as well! They cook their pizzas on bricks which truly makes a difference. I was in Seattle for 5 days and ordered Pagliacci's twice.
I highly recommend this pizza to all pizza snobs out there especially New Yorkers. You haven't tasted a pizza this good since Manhattan.
