I have been going to Tattoo MD for a couple years now, and ONE of the great things about the office is that you never feel like you've been ripped off. You get excellent service, a clean office, friendly staff, and top-notch medical personel doing the treatments at incredible prices. If you want to see a derm, that's your business, however, I would rather see Jeanine, a Physician Assistant, who does cosmetic injections and laser all day long, instead of scraping moles, skin tags, and acne. I started off doing tattoo removal, and have done, botox, juvederm and hair removal, all with complete satisfaction. So I choose TATTOO MD!
Pros: Parking right in the shopping center
Cons: Hard to get an appointment on Sat.

This is a pretty good med-spa. The medical director isn't a dermatologist (not that it really matters to me). It would be nice if they'd be more honest about that but you can look it up in two seconds on-line yourself. The staff seemed really weird when I asked a question about that but I think that there is nothing wrong with a doctor trying aesthetic medicine even if he was trained in a different speciality. I went here for Botox because they advertise really low prices. I can't say they were terrible but they weren't great either. Since the economy is bad right now I'll take Botox at $10 and fifty cents a unit from this place and since my regular dermatologist charges $15 a unit this was a bargin. I had a few small bruises that went away in a few weeks but that can be normal. Here is the bottom line: If you are really concerned about your skin (like if you have a weird mole) you should go to a more well recognized clinic with a better reputation but if you are in a hurry, live close by, and want to save a few dollars then it's absolutely fine to pinch your pennies and get Botox from a non-dermatologist. Hope this review helps!
Pros: prices are cheap!
Cons: The office is in a strip mall.
