Best Korean BBQ. Had one of the best Korean restaurant food in a while. For good Korean food, I usually head to Ka Won in Lynnwood. But this time decided to go to Kokiri. Had some spicy raw skate wing nang myun noodles were fresh, cold and delicious. The banchan was varied and fresh. The black cod in the spicy red sauce was mouthwateringly delish! The kalbi was good in the typical Korean BBQ way. Service however is also typical for your Korean restaurant. You have to ring the bell at the end of your table or wave over of the frenzied servers. But that is to be expected from a Korean restaurant. If you like Korean food, this is the place to go.

best kimchi stew ever. i grew up in cerritos, ca and went to UC Berkeley. i've tried the best korean restaurants in california. now i'm working in seattle and good korean food was no where to be found. i kept hearing that kokiri had the best neng myun. i went with low expectations. i've been let down more than a few times already. to my surprise it was very very good. the noodles are pulled fresh and the broth actually had some FLAVOR to it. it lived up to the hype. i returned here to eat some bbq and kimchi jjigae. and i could not believe how good the kimchi jjigae was. the kimchi jjigae here just may be the best i've ever had. the banchan is damn good also. the best korean food experience i've had since leaving california. what's funny is, the owners are from california. go figure.

Best Korean food in town. While being stationed in Korea for over 2 years, I fell in love with Korean food. My two favorites are bulgogi and bibimbap (in a stone pot). I've been to a few Korean restaurants in north Seattle and Federal Way, but I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at Kokiri every time. Their signature dumplings are wonderful, and the 'bulgogi' dishes are seasoned just right. I tried few other soup dishes which I can't recall the names, but they were also delicious. Each time I visit, the place is packed with Korean customers (which is a good sign). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried Korean food.
