Calidora Skin Clinic

Extremely high staff turnover. I have been a Bellevue Calidora customer for 2 years and at first it was great, but it has gone downhill badly, as far as staff to do injectables go. They have HUGE staff turnover and now I can't even get an appointment for a month out because they don't have the staff available to do Botox and Radiesse (filler) injections. I can never get the same person consistently to do my injections because they ALL quit. Something is seriously wrong with the management at the Bellevue location to drive off that many good staff members. I was a loyal customer but I will not recommend them anymore. It's too bad.…

I used to see EleoNora when she worked at Gene Juarez and followed her to Calidora Skin Clinic because there is nobody else that I trust to take care of my skin as I trust EleoNora. Recommend Wendy, PA-C. I was pretty anxious about getting some non-surgical corrections, but I knew it was time. I'd been to Calidora before, several years (or two babies!) ago, and had been happy with the service, but thought it prudent to investigate some MDs in the area. After spending nearly two weeks on reading reviews, I decided to revisit Calidora since it was known to me and has steady reviews. I'm glad I did!

Wendy listened to my concerns and what I wanted changed. Wendy was attentive, informative and very skilled. She explained what went where, and the outcome to expect. To me this was huge! It's my face and I don't want any over-dramatic corrections, I don't want to look much different, and I wanted to leave confident that my trust was placed well. It was.

The first few days were rough, as she said it could be. She called to check up on me and gave some pointers. Within a week I looked refreshed and better than expected!

I highly recommend Bellevue Calidora. Maia, at the front desk, is great at setting the tone as she was so warm and helpful and Wendy sealed it with her talent and bedside manner.…

scam artists. after seeing so many reviews for latisse, i found out this calidora clinic offers "complimentary consultations". so i called to find out more information for this consultation, the receptionist said she could make me an appointment for the "complimentary consultation". i asked her if there were any fees/or charges associated with the appointment in which she replied "it's complimentary".

so i took some time out of my rare day off only to be humuliated and pushed around. i walked in, filled out a medical questionnaire and was walked into a sliding door room. the aestheticion started off by talking about only the benefits of latisse/not any of the side effects and then moved on to the price. she said that if i did not purchase latisse that day i would be charged $75 for a supposed complimentary consultation.

before she got too deep into the conversation i told her that the receptionist only the day before had told me this consultation was free. so the aesteticion said she was sure it was $75 and would find out more info from the manager. the aestheticion i brought out a manager who was said i had a choice of paying $75 or $125 for the drip of latisse and that she was sorry for my misinformation.

i was appalled. i went to the complimentary consultation so i could find out information like price, side effects, etc. but they were trying to charge me $75 for the info...they are no different than a used car salesperson, in fact that's too mean to the people in that industry, rather they are scam artists who advertise false prices and then try to corner you into paying like thugs…
