Just realized I was not the one and only who've been suffering from the unethical business practice down at this area. After reading thousands of bad reviews, I guess this is what's called Karma, they are just bad bad bad! I don't know where to start off my unpleasant experience being treated by these unprofessional/unfriendly ladies. But I have broken out of slience and decided to let the whole world knows how evil these ladies are. Don't let their pretty faces deceive you, these people are just evil, manipulative and fake!! I am not a saint myself, but I do see the ugly side of these women! They act sincere for your money and once they got you signed up for the damn package then they just couldn't care less. I do see why the business run like this since each day they get thousands of new contracts and whether or not you show up at the doorstep it doesn't seem to be their problems. I would not tolerate being mistreated this way because I have spent so much money and it's a customers right to complain! List of unprofessional business practice: -Unresponsive phone calls (Never pick up their damn phone during business hours & always playing phone tags with these people) -Unsanitized tools (Never seen once these tools being cleaned or wiped before use) -Gel re-used over and over again on your body (GROSS!!) -You paid this much to see some long faces when you show up for your appointment, how GREAT! -You get to see how these evil-mind fake faces laugh at your back once you leave (because this would make them feel better about themselves with their low self-esteem) -Received ridiculus price qoutes on new service that I was interested (Shouldn't they give you a better deal since you're already a customer and such?) - Oh remember don't be late or show up too early or else they'll have something to say (I have never ever seen such ridiculus customer service in my whole life before!) Ladies, just listen to what I have to say, stay away from this place!!

I have had the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences as a customer of Laser Cosmetica. unfortunately - you cough up a large amount of money up front and are left with little recourse when things go awry - The technicians have been changing - I have never had the same technician more than twice in a whole year, it is hard to make appointments - which are cancelled without notice/ delayed, should you choose to reschedule an appointment in case of an emergency you are threatened with a $50 fee, the rooms aren't tidy, the receptionist is often missing/ on the phone and really unpleasant to talk to. The whole experience is so traumatic - it makes me wonder why I ever signed up - my life would have been so much saner just shaving my legs. My advice - GO ELSEWHERE!!
Pros: I havent had anything awful happen to my skin
Cons: Customer Service (or lack thereof), Unprofessional
