Bad Customer Service!!. I found Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage through LivingSocial. I signed up for a massage a week later. I am very unhappy with the way the staff treated me over the phone. First they cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it without my knowledge and did not tell me until very late in the day that they were doing this. They just left a message stating that " It was important to give them a call back regarding this appointment" mind you this was at the end of the day and I did not get the message until I got home. What they didn't tell me was if I didn't make it for the appointment my voucher would become invalid. I tried explaining this to the manager and she had the gall to tell me to " except my responsibility for this mistake" well I am not excepting it, they just lost a customer. I was also looking for a Chiropractor, I will take my business elsewhere.

I am sorry you felt the need to post this comment. What you did not report here is that you did not show for your scheduled massage and did not call us. We tried to contact you by phone and email and you did not respond to our attempts. Your Living Social voucher states that if you do not appear and do not contact us within 24 hours that your voucher would be forfeited. You called us 3 weeks after your appointment.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!. I've gone to several chiropracters and have finally found "the one". Dr. Kammel has helped me get rid of back pain that I've had for many years now and I can't thank him enough. Not only is he great at his job, he's got a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to be around. Also, the Office Manager (Sam) is a hoot! You won't regret going here!

Dr. Kammel is the best. I have trusted Dr. Kammel for years and he has fixed every back & neck kink or crick I've thrown at him. I always leave his office feeling younger and more flexible. I can't imagine how stiff and bent I would be by now without my secret weapon.

Appointments are quick and efficient, I never have to wait morethan 5 minutes. I can be in and out in 15 mintues and feeling so much better every time; every visit is worth the money and the trip over there.

Dr. Kammel has been doing this for so long that he can find and fix a problem in no time and with no nonsense. He's safe, knowlegable, and effective. I highly recommend him for anyone and everyone.

Excellent Chiropractic Care! Excellent Staff!. I've been seeing Dr Lincoln Kamell for 2 years now and I have always been pleased. AND I'm not easy to please. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain so bad that it was waking me up at night. I was eating Ibuphofen like candy. After about 5 - 6 visits I was sleeping through the night and no longer needed any meds. Since then I've been coming in for a tune-up every 4 to 6 weeks and I'm good as gold. That the staff are sincere and friendly makes for a great over all experience! .

Effective care in a friendly environment. Dr. Kamell helped me feel better quickly (I have hip and low back problems) and really seems to enjoy what he does, which makes visits that much more pleasant. After talking to friends who see other chiropractors (Dr. Kamell is the only one I've seen) I think he has less of an "assembly-line" approach than some. I've personally never had any billing or other problems and would recommend his office highly.

Go elsewhere. Dr. Kamell is nice enough, but always in a rush to get you out of his office. I repeatedly requested that he help with pain in my shoulder and he said it was no problem. However, he ignored my REPEATED requests not once, not twice, not three times, but four times! I should not have wasted my time giving him the benefit of the doubt and neither should you.

I am so sorry that you came away with this reaction! I can assure you that had I been aware that you were dissatisfied in any way, your concerns would have been addressed with ample time for questions and answers. My best guess here is that I did not make the treatment approach for your shoulder clear. In any case, I take full responsibility for any patient dissatisfaction and so again, I apologize for this very atypical experience.

Best Chiropractor Care in Seattle - I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you are in need of a chiropractor, I highly recommend Eastlake Chiropractic Center. I was referred to this center by my massage therapist over two years ago and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I have been. I am still a client. Dr. Lincoln Kamell is the best chiropractor I have met to date and there is no need for me to look further. And for those of you who question the effectiveness of chiropractors or chiropractic work, after your first appointment with Dr. Lincoln Kamel, I assure you your concerns will vanish. I was one of those people due to past experiences. Dr. Lincoln Kamel has the utmost integrity with his work and takes every patient and their needs very seriously. He also goes above and beyond and educates you so you can manage your own health/back. He is extremely honest and does not encourage you to return for appointments if unnecessary. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with a visit. I refer all of my friends to him.

Super chiropractor in Seattle!. The first chiro. I went to wanted to see me 50 times and pay up front. No way! A friend referred me to Dr. Kamell who recommended a few visits to start and go from there. 6 visits later my neck and back felt fine. Since then, I go in about once a month, no pressure, always helpful. The staff is great, love to see Sam at the front desk and the office puppy Tasha.

Terrible Chiropractic Office.. I went to Eastlake Chiropractic because the reviews were good, but unfortunately Dr Kammel was completely unhelpful in relieving my back pain. And to add insult to unfixed injury, the billing is excessive and the staff is manipulative about getting you to come in for a never-ending string of perpetual appointments.

I would be the first to say that I can not help everybody who has back pain. But I am also the first to refer you to other professionals if chiropractic care is not getting the job done. However, some injuries take longer to respond than others and need a longer treatment plan for good effect. Not knowing who you are limits my ability to comment. My sincere apologies that you had the impression that treatment should be "never-ending", that is not at all what I ever want to communicate.
