Know Before You GoThe last day to sign up is March 10; there's no registration the day of the Dash.
ParkingThere will be shuttle buses waiting to whisk patrons from the sponsored lots at Safeco and Qwest fields.
Look GoodPrizes will be awarded for the best runner costumes.
The ExtrasBrooks Sports training runs will be held on Thursday nights, beginning on February 15, at 6pm at Super Jock n' Jill at Green Lake.
