Great Hair Cut..Thanks Tim. I recently visited Seattle badly in need of a haircut. I did some internet research and had already included Salon Blast on my "short list" of salons to check out once I got to the city, initially because of it's location. I visited the Salon, and felt immediately comfortable enough to scrap visits to the other 2 salons on my list. I made an appointment with Tim (for the next day]. I could not be any more pleased with the cut and style that he gave me. I had been growing my hair out for more than a year, even though I'd never had long hair before. Needless to say, it was a mess when I walked in. Tim listened to what I thought I was looking for, discussed his recommendations with me, and gave me the MOST FABULOUS cut and style I've had in ?? years! In addition, he took the time to make sure I understood what to do with my hair once I got home, and my hair has looked great ever since! He was easy to talk to, very professional in everything he did, and even made a great restaurant recommendation! I even had a fantastic evening with my new hairstyle at the recommended restaurant. Without hesitation, I can honestly offer my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a salon in Seattle. You couldn't do any better with Tim

Juan, I am a new person!. Wow. I totally became Katie Holmes! I have never gone to a stylist with a picture and come home looking anything like my request. Until now. Juan gave me exactly what I asked for and then some. Tips on how and what to do so I can complete the look when I do my hair art home. I'm lovin' it. You are awesome, Juan.

Best hair cut since 1965...thanks Tim. Tim for the best hair cut in years. Yesterday I came to Seattle, from Gig Harbor, based on what I read about Salon Blast on the internet. My hair is fine, thick, very wavy and grey. I have had such a terrible time getting a good cut hair cut I can't even say how many times I have grown out a bad cut to try another, with hope in my heart. My husband probably dreads my hair cut experiences more than I do, although I try not to take it out on him. Well, anyway, I left Tim with some excellent hair products that I love and a hair cut that is perfect for my hair and face. The true test for me is: after I wash it myself will it look as good as when he styled it? Well I washed it today and it looks like he did my hair. I am soooooo happy. One little thing: As I left Salon Blast and was at the Montlake "u turn" to get on I-5 Northbound, there was a man asking for a little help to get money for shelter that night. After I gave him what he needed, he said, "thank you and I sure like your hair" and then the light changed and he and I parted company. That was a truly sweet and memorable moment for me. Thank you, Tim and I'll see you in 8 weeks.

Jessica for Perfect Blowouts. Jessica loves what she does, which makes her always go the extra step to make my hair perefect. When she sells product, she shows me how to use it. I have beeen going to Jessica for many months, and consider her cuts, colors, and blowouts an essnetial, not a luxury. Her bkow outs really are the best I havre ever had- perfect hair saves on accesories so I can go often!

Just Put Yourself In Juan's Hands. I've been battling with my hair my entire life. I moved to Seattle and this year started going to Juan for my cuts and color. After each appointment I get a ton of compliments from everyone I encounter (work, gym, Starbucks)! I am now in my "fall" color which Juan chose and it's quite a change from the summer color. I probably would have never chosen it myself and it's perfect! He's definitely an expert! I highly recommend Juan and Salon Blast.

Best Blow out in Seattle. Jessica Rockwell is the best hairdresser I have ever had, has moved to my neighborhood, so much easier for weekly blowouts. I see Jessica regularly for deep conditioning and shine, and her cuts and color are always perfect too..

Jessica figured out a strategy last year to grow my hair out after another salon's breakage disaster, and now my hair has never looked better.

I have always loved Salon Blast, it is snug, friendly and upscale. Walking around Montlake with perfectly shiny hair is...a blast!

Best Valentines Day. I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. I am from Honolulu, and visiting Seattle for Valentines Day with my bo at the University Of Washington. I am part Japanese, and part caucasian. My hair features are very fine, and tend to really dry from the heavy Hawaii sun. I got in on a short notice, and spent about 20 minutes getting schooled on how to care for my hair. I swim for the University Of Hawaii, and color fades out of my hair quickly. So Tim took his time making sure that I knew how to protect my color with a lot of conditoner, and two swim caps. He deep conditioned my hair, color, and toned, and got rid of that troublesome all over gold color by putting five colors. I never felt rushed, ot like another number. My boy friend sat with me the entire time, and he stairs at my head, and tells me how beautiful I look.

Color Master. Had a really last minute request for a color repair done at another local Salon.

I got wisked right in that evening by owner, and supper nice man, Tim Wilson.

He told me it might take more then one visit to repair color, and cut. I was ok with that. My husband, and I are travelers, and were leaving in two days. We looked at pictures of what I had asked for previously, and he went over technical terms, and got straight to work. He actually had me loving my hair. It has been a long time since I have felt that way. I would judge that his unyielding passion for transforming mundane to artfull ellegance seperates him from others in the world of stylists. I am a swimmer, and he gave me instructions on how to protect his work. I never have written an internet review. The whole service from start to finish worked so well for what I was after. I had to through in my two cents review.

Best Haircut You Will EVER Receive. I love my "Juan Lopez" days at Salon Blast! I'm a particularly indecisive client and he's always super patient with me, helping me figure out the best cut for my face shape with my hair type. I love knowing that a hair perfectionist is working on me. I walk away from his chair glowing every single time.
