Great Customer Service

I called 4 brokerages in Seattle and these guys were the first one's that were actually nice to me. Very friendly on the phone. They got me a pretty fair price as well.
- Pros: Location, right next to Qwest and Safeco.

Easiest Brokerage to Work With

The crew at Epic is very accommodating and reasonable. If you can't get the tickets you want on Ticketmaster or at the box office, then these guys should be your first choice. I own season tickets to several local sports teams and when I can't make a game, I call Epic.
- Pros: Friendly Service, Great Location
- Cons: Sometimes pricing can be high
