Clean up your act.. We have been going to this place for almost a year. The Pho is good but the past few times I noticed all of the piled up newspapers out front of the place. The restaurant is often not heated and the bathroom was out of soap. Where is the pride ? We are now going to a cleaner Pho restaurant instead.

Good soup. Poor customer service. Not very clean.. I've been to this restaurant three times now in a period of about six weeks. The prices are great and the soup is usually good. The cream puffs are a nice bonus. But a cheap lunch at a good price is the best I can say. After three visits I found the same dirty entrance, the same bathroom with the same broken soap dispenser and sink handles and one waitress in particular is always scowling and rude. Yesterday it seemed like a chore for her to take my order and then she came back and asked me if I had ordered the Pho Ga. When I paid for my lunch I held out my hand for the change and she ignored me and practically slammed the money on the counter. I also witnessed one customer returning with a go order that apparently had a leaky bowl or lid not secured and had opened in the bag. I guess you get what you pay for. I went back to the table and removed my tip. I won't return.

yummy and cheap. I love the pho here... I work nearby and go with my coworkers on a regular basis. Like the other reviews say, the service isn't the greatest. Actually, the service is borderline rude, but the food is yummy so we go anyway. Than Bros is the only pho restaurant I know that has the red pepper sauce that makes their pho so yummy. The cream puff you get is the best cream puff you'll ever have~ I recommend this place for anyone that's looking for good food fast... if time is flexible, I'd go a few minutes before or after the lunch rush because it gets really packed and the wait can be very long... but definitely worth it!

Not very flavorful broth, cheap prices. This location is not great pho - the broth can taste watered down and just not very flavorful. Prices are cheap per bowl and the cream puffs are delicious. They just opened a new location near Crossroads which is actually better.

Food is good....but service is very bad.. I today went into Than Bros. to get a bowl of Pho with my coworker in the area. Me and my coworker sat down and were waiting on one more person. We were asked if we were ready to order and we asked if we could wait a minute for our other friend to show up. Well he did show up a minute later.... 4 other tables were seated and their orders were taken...while we were waitng patienty. Finally someone showed up to take our order 20 minutes later. After we ordered we waited 25 minutes and the same guy comes up to us and says "uugh can I take your order...wait a minute...uuugh" Than walked away. At this point 6 other tables came in after us..ordered and were almost done eating......while our server didn't know if he took our order or not....and couldn't figure anything out. We waited there 35 minutes and the guy didn't know if he took our order or not....but we were the only people in the restaurant not eating anything. We left immediately and ate somewhere else...but wasted over 3/4 our lunch our at Than Bros. I love Pho, but will never go to Than Bros. ever again.

Best Pho, Great Service, Affordable. Than Brothers does it right! They're about to open a new Than Brothers in Bellevue, where I live, but I have driven out to Seattle to get some delicious Than Brothers Pho!

My whole family loves this place.. This is one place where the family can go and eat well on the cheap. It took my husband a few times before loving this place but now he's the first to suggest it. It's almost an aquired taste if you have never tried pho (pronounced "fuh") before. Rice noodles in a beef, chicken or vegetarian broth with any meat you want. Then you throw in some bean sprouts, basil, lime juice, hoisen and hot sauce as you wish. The cream puffs are awesome and made fresh. I love the vegetarian (fried tofu and mushroom). My husban always gets the #1 which is shaved beef. My youngest likes the beef or the meatball. Another child loves the chicen (very similar to chicken soup). It is so addicting and it's always crowded at lunch. The service is awesome as well. Only $4.35 for a small which is plenty of food for me. The medium is only .50 more and if you want extra meet or noodles those too are under $1.00 for extra. We go there at least once a week.

Best Pho and Cream Puffs in town!. This place is hoppin at lunch time but it's worth the wait if you have to! I have had Pho at other places, but none compare to Than Bros. I eat there at least once a week if not more. And if you haven't experienced the cream puffs, I recommend that you get over there quick, because they are a delicious way to wrap up your meal! Service is great and the quality and quanity for the price is outstanding!

Pho and cream puffs reign supreme at this affordable Redmond Vietnamese chain.. In Short
Red lanterns decorate the sparse interior of this casual, booth-lined pho emporium, where students and businessmen mingle to devour steaming bowls of the fragrant noodle soup. The menu is straightforward: 17 different types of pho, including meatball, eye-round steak, brisket, tripe and veggie, in four sizes. Each order arrives almost immediately, accompanied by fresh herbs and one of the restaurant's signature cream puffs, made in-house from a secret family recipe.
