Very POOR/unprofessional service - Don't use Handyman Network in Bellevue. Unexceptable service.

I asked for Handyman Network the following services (for 8 hr):

- Paint high ceiling windows

- Tough-up high ceiling

- Hang 3 interior doors

This company missed 3 appointment. The appointment was scheduled on June 29 at 8am. I waited for 2 hrs, but no worker showed up. I called Susan and she told me that she lost contact with the worker, and no other workers could help me. She promised that the worker would show up June 30 at 7:30am and agreed to deduct $25. Again, no one showed up again on June 30. We rescheduled the work on July 13. AGAIN, the THIRD time, the worker didn't show up. Finally, the fourth appointment on July 21, a handyman (lady) showed up with her compact size car. But, she DID NOT bring tools (such as ladder) and didn't know what she supposed to do (POOR COMMUNICATION). She refused to do the touch up on the high ceiling. She didn't know how to hang the door and wasted the time to do nothing on door. As a result, she spent 5 hrs (included 1 hr break) in our house. She just did a little touch up and removed two interior doors. She did less half of the agreed jobs. I was very disappointed about the handyman's service and guaranteed. I was totally unsatisfied for such poor service. Besides, the handyman didn't do any cleanup.

At the end, the worker told me that other worker will come to do the rest of work. However, the other worker never come to do the work. After a week, the Handyman Network sent me a over charge bill. I called the company and asked Handyman Network to finish the rest of work, but the Handyman Network refused to send worker to finish the work.

Don't hire Handyman Network. It used temp workers and they cannot guarante the quailty. Worst of all, it did half poor work and then left customer alone without giving any support, and then send customer a unreasonable bill.
