Nice Place, Friendly Atmosphere, Great Food!!!. I come here quite often & always enjoy it. I just want the owner to know how great they are, so I thought I'd write a review. They really try hard to please everyone & do a good job of it. I heard someone complain but after talking to the owner the person was very happy & complimented the place. It impresses me that the owner is there all the time getting his hands dirty cooking & doing whatever is necessary to make sure things are running smoothly. AND they serve good seafood. When you go, try the Garlic Calimari & Tuna Brushetta. I also like their Sushi. We like go there on Friday's after work to relax & just try something different that a lot of other restaurants don't have >>>Chef/Owner on duty>>>. The area is not too crowded when there is not a game going on as it is near the Staduim. But if there are a lot of people there, they still make sure you don't have to wait too long. ***Just GO!! This place is worth it***

Geat sushi!. The sushi here is great. Nice atmophere, very relaxing. Great for dates. I've been there many times and I think I tried almost everything and have never been disappointed. While you're there you have to try their saketini, martini made from sake.

Good things come in small...portions?. The food comes out like a series of appetizers. If you're a person who gets the concept that snacking can be a delicious meal then the runways open and you're clear for take-off. Great atmosphere for couples on the go, and its open late!

Great place, Great food-We really enjoyed it. We were on vacation in Seattle and just lucked upon this place while at the Stadium,

let me tell you it was very nice. I am an avid seafood lover & that is what this place is, a

seafood lover's heaven. The sushi was to die for. They really know what they are doing.

The big screen TV was fun, but my family really liked all the food. What I liked was the owner

who is also one of the chef's came out & gave us recommendations, his hands on approach really works. I wish them good luck & hope they remain in business for many many years, because when we go back to Seattle again, we need a good place to eat!!!!!!

Great Place for Asian dining-They have wonderful sushi and so much more. We found this little place near the stadium & were pleasantly surprised. The food was great!! I like to try something different each time I go and have found all the food very tasty, but I always have to have just a little bit of the Asian bites, teriyaki chicken & the sushi.

It is a good place to go after work for the happy hour. And you will really like the large bar & big screen TV. So if you are looking for a different type of place with a friendly staff & very good food-JUST GO!!!-I promise you'll enjoy it.

BEST ASIAN TAPAS. A WONDERFUL, TASTY DIVERSE MENU. THE FUJI APPLE STUFFED GYOZA IS A WONDERFUL WAY TO START OUT THE MEAL. WE TASTED THE SATAY BEEF, TEMPURA ICE CREAM, AND GARLIC CALAMARI . ALL WERE TASTY AND WOULD ORDER THOSE AGAIN. THE TEMPURA SHRIMP WAS A BIT GREASY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A DINING EXPERIENCE THAT IS NOT THE USUAL MAINSTREAM.

Interesting dishes. Bites is a new restaurant I heard about through word of mouth. Owner and chef Jay Lao recommended that we try the spicy tuna bruschetta. I thought it was a weird combination, but it ended up tasting great! Combine that with a "Seahawk" roll, garlic calimari and a lychee saketini and I'm set. The waitressing staff could use some more training, but the overall food experience made up for it.

Great new sushi and asian tapas restaurant. We found this place off the Microsoft Prime web site (20% off sushi and tapas for all you prime card holders) which has only been open for 4 weeks. Everything looked good so we had to have a little of each. Starting with sushi, the pieces were good but I'd ensure to save room for the Seahawk roll. The ahi tataki had a great flavor and the garlic calamari was quite tasty. The apple gyoza and gyu enoki (should have gone for the gyu negi) left a little to be desired but you can't leave here without trying the Spicy Tuna Bruschetta which is a fried california roll topped with spicy tuna and bits of jalapeno - different and delicious. The staff gave great recommendations and if you're a Lychee lover you'll adore the Lychee Saketini.

You gotta check this place out!. Finally, there's a decent sushi restaurant in Pioneer Square! The sushi was fresh and the chef came out to greet us and gave us his recommendations. I can't wait to hit up Bites again before a Mariners game this summer!

Sushi comes to SoDo with this modern sushi bar around the corner from the stadiums.. In Short
A circular bar dominates the one room of this sushi restaurant; its sleek feel is tempered by gauzy curtains separating the surrounding tables. A large flat-screen TV, perfect for surveying Mariners action, commands attention on one wall. Menu offerings include sushi rolls and other small Asian bites like Korean short ribs, paper-thin ginger pork and teriyaki chicken; the bar offers Sapporo and Mac & Jack's on tap along with assorted sake martinis.
