We had SBHI replace our windows for $22k and for that we got an extra bonus! We had to replace the hardwood floors and replace the siding on our home due to poor installation! SBHI is awful! They did not back any of their work and the owner, John Holum, called me a cheat by saying that all I wanted was a new floor and that was blaming his corporation for their workmanship in order to get it! I was totally offended! He was originally Seattle's Best Window's and Doors. When I consulted legal help all of a sudden the name is now SBHI which protects them form legal axction. He's smart that way! If you are looking for new windows, siding or a roof DO NOT even ask for an estimate from SBHI! A local company, Sterling Exteriors, had to fix all of SBHI errors. They replaced the siding and roof as well as all the flashing on the windows that SBHI forgot to do! The entire job was the same as the windows alone. Don't hire SBHI!!!

As President of Seattle's Best Home Improvements, Inc. I was recently informed of some positive and some not so positive reviews on this particular site. I personally wanted to take time and respond to this. Since being in the remodeling field for 18 years I have had the privilege to work with thousands of customers. I do care about my customers and do want them all have a perfect job. Averaging 35-40 jobs a month right now keeps us busy doing this. Please call John Holum at 253-922-2292 if you have a service issue. I would be more than happy to get involved to resolve any issue. I read something about long nails? I have no name to respond to but I wonder if its the same customer we told that there is nothing wrong with the nails used, we also immediately agreed to spend upwards of a week free cutting nail heads and agreed to re-paint all her soffits?? I appreciate you reading this and I hope the next customer who may have a service issue calls me at 253-922-2292. Thank you, John Holum President
