Amazing Customer Service

I am continueously blown away by the level of prefessionalism.

These women know more about the dresses and designers than other salons, in my experience. When asking the difference between a few different fabrics I found online, I received an on the spot decription that made my search easier while other salons offered to find out and call me back. When I requested swatches, I received them in two days.

Erin and the others have been amazing. They keep an easily accessible file of all of my dress selections, and I have a lot; a different dress for each bridesmaid. And although my order may be complicated, they have never made me feel that way. Every time I bring another bridesmaid in to try on dresses, they are personable, friendly, caring and knowledgable!

I would reccommend Moms Maids and More to anyone looking to enjoy their wedding experience. I have taken a quick trip to the salon and I have made a day out of it filled with a post try on Bellevue lunch.

I was also impressed with how the ladies interracted with my son. Not only did they have giant legos for my 3 year old, but they also talked with him playfully- adding to the whole experience. I wouldn't advise bringing children (since the little ones tend to draw out the process and make trying on dresses a little more stressful) but if you have to, you will be taken care of.

Great experience at Moms, Maids, and More

If you don't visit Moms, Maids and More to help you find the perfect bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, you're missing out.

Owner Erin and her staff were WONDERFUL to work with and they have the biggest and best selection in Western WA. Their convenient location near Bellevue Square made it easy to stop by while running other errands in/around Bell Square, and it was always worth the trip.

For a bride juggling an endless wedding to-do list, MM&M made it so easy to find, select and order dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl. Prices were reasonable, and the service was unparalleled.

Fantastic experience

Both ladies that assisted me during my experience here were incredibly helpful and friendly and really knew what they were talking about. The dress I got is beautiful and was much less expensive than I believe it's worth. It fits perfectly and did not even require alterations. The ladies were able to not only answer every question I had, but help me find every product I needed (tattoo cover kit, new shoes, ect). Both times I have gone I've left in a great mood with my stress about the coming event eliminated.

Excellent customer service

Just had to write after the consultants here were kind enough to help me with measurements and bridesmaid gown selection on a very busy Saturday. They knew I had to order from a different shop but they still took time to help me select the right dress and get measured. Much better experience than I had at Brides by Demetrios. I highly recommend them.

These people are on the ball

Fantastic selection - really no need to go anywhere else. On top of that, they have an EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The first time I went was on a weekend, and I didn't have an appointment. Despite how busy they were, their staff was really helpful (definitely recommend an appointment on the weekend, though - this place gets busy!) Once I decided to order my bridesmaids' gowns from them, their staff helped keep me organized with my out-of-town bridesmaids, which was SO GREAT. Seriously, once you have your wedding gown, come here for everything else.
