Fantastic selection - really no need to go anywhere else. On top of that, they have an EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The first time I went was on a weekend, and I didn't have an appointment. Despite how busy they were, their staff was really helpful (definitely recommend an appointment on the weekend, though - this place gets busy!) Once I decided to order my bridesmaids' gowns from them, their staff helped keep me organized with my out-of-town bridesmaids, which was SO GREAT. Seriously, once you have your wedding gown, come here for everything else.

Fantastic selection of Mom's dresses and exceptional service!

This store has a fantastic selection! I accompanied my daughter and her six bridesmaids for their dress shopping and all of us came away extremely happy. Not only did the bridesmaids find a dress that they would all gladly wear at the wedding, and at any subsequent party event, but I found the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress for me! I consider myself a classy mom and was so relieved to find a dress that perfectly suited my style. I don't dress frumpy year-round so why would I want to wear a frumpy dress on my daughter's wedding day? I shopped in the Seattle and Bellevue areas and let me tell you, even across the street at Bellevue Square, there were no stores that came close to the selection of classy Mom's dresses found at this store. An added bonus was the exceptional service and individual attention provided by the friendly staff. If you don't visit Mom's, Maids, and More, you're wasting your time shopping elsewhere. What a terrific experience!!!

Excellent Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Boutique

I have been in multiple weddings over the past couple years, and Moms, Maids, and More is my favorite place to go. Every time I have been there the staff is always so friendly and gracious to us. Even with 10 bridesmaids in there at once, the staff was so patient and worked with us for hours. We were allowed to take pictures of any dress we wanted, which wasn't allowed at any other bridal store we had been to prior. My sister is getting married this Summer and she is getting her bridesmaid & flower girl dresses there too. Their selection is great and you can count on them to be organized. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my bridesmaid dresses!!

Dont waist your time

I have four flower girls and we were treated VERY poorly by the staff at Moms Maids and More. At our appointment we were informed that even though we were ordering 4 of the same dresses, our "rush order" (even though the wedding is 3 months away) was going to cost $90. The total cost of the dresses were over $600 plus we were planning on purchasing all the accessories there too. Needless to say, we were not sparing any expense.

We came back after our appointment to have the 4 flower girls chest area measured for the dresses we had previously picked out. The attendant ignored us. It's pretty hard to not notice four toddlers. None of the other employees ever approached us. After 15 minutes and the girls reaching their max patience, I approached the saleswoman and she said she would help us when she could. After 5 more minutes and 1 tantrum, one of the moms inquired how much longer it would take. We were told it would take another 10-15 minutes just to be measured.

We left. We were asking for less than 5 minutes of her time for a sale that would much exceed $800. She not only "didn't have time for us" but was rude when answering our questions. I also feel that when ordering that much merchandise that the "rush" charge should be waived or discounted. The saleswomen never called me to say sorry or to ask if we could measure the girls. I traveled an hour from my home for that appointment and one of the families traveled an hour and a half. I would strongly discourage anyone from waisting their time visiting Moms Maids and More. Their prices are high and their staff is rude. There are some great bridal storess out there and this just isn't one of them.
