I stopped by to check out a 2008 Toyota Tacoma that they had for sale. I met Mohamed ali who offered to help me. In our short discussion he offered to show me the used Tacoma and suggested that I compare it to a new 2012 in a similar model. Mohamed showed his thorough knowledge of the Tacoma and shared his insights into buying used versus new. He quickly worked up a price for a Tacoma with a SR optional package so I could evaluate whether to buy new or used. His 'low key' approach and considerable knowledge of the various options was quite impressive. I told him that I would like to think about my options overnight. He was very understanding of my position and applied no pressure to buy it immediately.

I didn't feel the usual pressure at the average dealer. It was like talking to normal people and not to somebody who was desperate to sell you something no matter what.

The whole team "Lake City Toyota" was excellent in completing the exhausting process of buying a new car. Everything was straight forward and explained in detail. I would especially like to thank Al for taking care if us. He really new his job and handled all the details to keep the process moving
