I went to Lake City Toyota to investigate how long it would take to get a special order 2011 Prius, expecting that there would be a 3 month wait. Instead, not only didi I find the

exactly equipped model and I color I was looking for but also was able to purchase it without any add-on extras I neither wanted nor needed.

My salesman, Greg, provided a helpful, informative and pressure-free experience. his sales manager laid out the offer which was fair and reasonable and the finance guy explained optional service and warrantee options (which I declined) and in short order, I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted. Not at all what I was expecting but, instead, a

satisfying experience.

We purchased our truck over the phone from out of town and everything was perfect. They had exactly what we wanted and made purchasing it very easy. The truck had some after market work done and was delivered to our house. Our trade-in vehicle was driven back to the dealer. We couldn't have been happier with the service from Toyota of Lake City.
