My visit to Toyota of Lake City was surprisingly positive. In contrast with deceptive Ford Dealers Seattle, it's like night and day. There's no bait-and-switch here. There's no false promises here. There's no reneging on deals here. On the contrary, unlike disreputable Ford Dealers, Toyota employs only professionally trained sales persons who are not in the business of lying to their customers, like Bill Pierre Ford, Sound Ford and Evergreen Ford did to me.

You might say the Ford dealers drove me to Toyota.

Man, what a difference. Right from the showroom to the test drive, it's a totally different feel, even working with the finance managers who were very professional and direct, which I definitely appreciate. I am totally converted now, and there's no turning back. I especially love the way the Camry looks and feels, but right now it's a tossup between luxury and economy, and the Scion also was sporty to drive, so I haven't quite made up my mind. One thing I do know with absolute certainty, however, and I think I've made that point perfectly clear.

They have an excellent selection of pre-owned cars, so that option is not out. I want to be 100% sure about my decision so that I may recommend Toyota to everyone I know. Wait. I'm doing that already!

Was very happy with our experience at Toyota at Lake City, friendly staff provided us with all necessary information without pushing for sale of car or extra services/products. They proved to us that car buying can be a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

I had problems with my car on Friday night. I contacted the service department and even though they were booked on Saturday they squeezed my car in and were able to work on it! Thank you!

I went to Lake City Toyota to investigate how long it would take to get a special order 2011 Prius, expecting that there would be a 3 month wait. Instead, not only didi I find the

exactly equipped model and I color I was looking for but also was able to purchase it without any add-on extras I neither wanted nor needed.

My salesman, Greg, provided a helpful, informative and pressure-free experience. his sales manager laid out the offer which was fair and reasonable and the finance guy explained optional service and warrantee options (which I declined) and in short order, I drove off the lot with exactly what I wanted. Not at all what I was expecting but, instead, a

satisfying experience.
