Best place to view all types of doors and windows on display. Seattle Door is by far the best place in area to really look at what we needed for our house remodel. You just can't get the right answers or touch and feel doors and windows like you can at this showroom. The staff is well experienced and very professional. We found the pricing to be better than the other door and window shops we visited over last 3 months. Beware that there are some negative comments on citysearch about this store but manager explained how many competitors post feedback, as he personally folows up on every post (that is why I am writing this post). They do not have their own installers for windows/ doors but have great contractors they work with and will give you quote on install. Nice because this way you don't pay mark up that typical contractor makes even though we did all the buying and specifying from our plans.…

Absolutely awful customer service. Incompetent!!!!!!!. Seattle Door and Window is an absolutely awful place to do business. Brad the general manager should be fired as soon as humanly possible. Howe does a person like this keep a job? Does the owner know or even care how their business is being operated? Completely incompetent!!!!! Beware!!! Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else!!!!…

A great place to be screwed over and over. I ordered two windows from Seattle Doors and windows. They had a good price and the Milgard windows were acceptable. I went back and ask them to order two more windows Identical to the first two I ordered except they had to be a different size. Size was the only thing that changed.

When the windows arrived they didn't have grids in the glass like the first windows had. Ryan, who works for Seattle Doors and Windows had forgotten to add the grids to the purchase order even though I had told him to make the windows identical except for height and width. When I signed the purchase order all I looked at was the width and height dimensions. I wasn't expecting that they would screw up the rest. To make a long story short, they admitted that they had made a mistake but since I had signed the purchase order I am stuck with the windows! I would never do business again with a company like this. Please stay away from Seattle Doors and Windows.

OK so it is now 12/10/2009. My glass has finally been replaced. It still cost me $100 out of my pocket even though I feel it was their fault. I only did this as Small Claims Court would have cost me almost the same.

The windows are great, the price was great, the hassle.....................never again.

If you want a great price go ahead and try them. Just be careful and read everything. They do have the best price in town.
