Creme de la CRAP! I'm sorry, I don't understand their good reviews. I guess they are from people who haven't had really amazing food! They must not know any better ;) I really wish I could give this place a good rating. :( However I cannot.

My order wasn't totally correct, I had used a groupon for a dozen cupcakes and they put a flavor on a couple of them that I specifically did not want. Unfortunately sometimes when companies offer groupons it's to bring in business because they aren't generating enough on their own. I believe this was the case here.

So wrong flavor aside, these cupcakes were nothing but disappointing. The cake part was slightly dry and the frostings were disgusting. Everything tasted artificial, and the cupcakes all tasted like they came from Safeway!!! Wtf? People pay $33 for these?! There was really nothing I liked about them, and I really wish that wasn't the case... Because I love cupcakes!! I'm going to pawn them off on people at work, as they will eat anything...

Oh and this is messed up to say (as I'm reviewing Creme de la Creme), but Cupcake Royale has the BEST cupcakes EVER!!!!! They are sooo amazing, and use real, fresh, natural ingredients (and proudly state that on their boxes). I am a huge fan of places that use organic/natural/local ingredients. You can really tell, the flavor is just fantastic!! They also make their own ice cream, and mix in some of their cupcakes into the ice cream :) My boyfriend said it was the best ice cream he'd ever had! Quality makes ALL the difference.

In contrast, the cupcakes from Creme de la Creme tasted artificial, there were artificial colors and flavors and just makes for crap food. Bleh! They were not good at all!!! What a waste of money. The difference with Cupcake Royale was not only was there nothing artificial, but it seemed to me like they put much more effort into producing an amazing quality product. It's all about the details. Plus the cupcakes were double the size at CR! So sorry for the long review, but I will never, ever be back. Yuck!!!!! Go to Cupcake Royale, it's like a night and day difference!

If I can give zero stars I would. Very bad customer service. I've never experienced being yelled at as a paying customer. They made a mistake in our customized order but they kept giving LAME EXCUSES! We've exchanged e-mail regarding the specs of the cupcake and cake order which they agreed on. I even included pics of what I wanted. Come pick-up time, they missed several specs and they kept saying that that's how their standard cupcakes look like. We wanted just plain WHITE icing. They said that we didnt specify that we didnt want chocolate. I asked if we were to specify"we dont want blue on our cupcakes, we don't want red on our cupcakes, etc"...the baker just answered "YES, you have to specify that"..how sarcastic and just plain annoying. The senior baker even yelled at us and said "GIVE THEM THEIR DAMN MONEY BACK!" Can you believe that??? They should at least know how to RESPECT customers. I wish other people will see this and look for other businesses that DESERVE our support.

And honestly, I don't understand why people are going gaga over their cupcakes and cakes. The taste is not extraordinarily special. I've tasted better cakes here in Seattle.

Worst Customer Service Award. DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING!! After review & tasting Creme De la Creme, we chose this bakery for our wedding. I knew they don't have a reputation for friendly service, but felt taste was more important and they did have high ratings. However, after accepting our order they emailed pictures of what the cake would look like about 10 days prior to the wedding. They had not started preparing any cake items when we requested to make the cake simpler by removing some of the expected decorations & agreed to pay the same price. End result: Creme de la Creme threw a fit, insisting this made it an entirely new order, said they would not be able to accomodate. My guess is they over booked & used this excuse to cancel their obligation.

We hustled to find a new bakery with only 1 week prior to the weddinig date. To the rescue: Blue Vanila Bakery, recieved better prices, super-friendly service and the cake was fabulous!!!

Best wedding cake in Seattle. We were lucky to have so many great vendors at our wedding, and Creme de la Creme was top notch! Our cake was gorgeous and exactly what we asked for. The flavors were wonderful and it was delivered on time. So many wedding cakes are dry and bland, but not ours! Our guests commented repeatedly that they were surprised to be eating a cake that didn't taste like cardboard!

Amazing!. I was able to enjoy one of their cakes at a bridal shower this weekend. They do an AMAZING job! We had the Red Velvet cake, which was incredible. The cake tasted fantastic, but besides that, the design of the cake was extremely impressive. It was almost too pretty to eat. I'd highly recommend Cakes by Creme de la Creme, they do a wonderful job.

Awesome Cakes!. these guys are amazing

just take a look at their many sample books and cakes in their studio and you'll be as impressed as i was!
