The Lightning Tae Kwon Do school offers a unique look at the martial arts. The instrucrors are personable, kind, and more than willing to take the time to help you understand not only how but why you are learning a technique. Chris is a terrific instructor who I find easy to approach with problems and concerns. He seemes genuinly concerned that I am happy with the performance of the school as a business and my progess as a martial artist. The well rounded education of all martial arts is refreshing. I have learned alot in this school, and it seemes as though there is still much to learn.
Pros: A far deeper understanding of all martial arts
Cons: Not enogh time to learn all the school has to offer

I love the 11am adult class. I started Tae Kwon Do because The gym was more like work and monotonus. I wanted something with more interaction and FUN. The step and kicking drills are my favorite. I can tell my balance is better and my legs and core are in the best shape ever and my stamina has increased substatialy.
